数据采集与处理系统的USB接口技术研究

【摘要】 通用串行总线(USB)作为一种新兴的计算机外设总线标准,从标准的出现到大规模的应用,仅用了短短几年的时间,这一切都得益于它易用、真正的热插拔、高性能和系统造价低廉等优点。同时随着我们所处的工业环境越来越复杂,现场工程师不断增加了对监控这些工业环境设备的易用性、简单性的要求。而工业系统中的各种监控设备中,最核心的技术就是数据采集和分析控制系统。这都离不开DSP技术的发展和支持。怎样利用最新的技术来满足这种需求,是本论文的主题。 论文首先简要介绍了USB总线的相关内容。然后介绍了数据采集与处理系统的设计。数据采集与处理系统的设计包括硬件设计、固件程序开发、驱动程序开发和应用程序开发四大部分。在硬件设计部分,首先介绍了设计中所用的TMS320VC33芯片和PDIUSBD 12芯片的性能和特点,然后给出了具体硬件设计方案。固件程序开发部分是设计中的重点,论文先从总体上介绍了程序的设计思想及其层次结构,随后详细介绍了各层次程序的设计过程,并给出了部分源代码和程序流程图。然后就是驱动程序开发和应用程序开发,驱动程序和应用程序的开发,其中很多细节,都是值得我们花很长时间去研究,由于时间和开发资源的限制,再加上这部分不是USB开发的重点,所以尽管我尽了最大的努力,也只是实现了比较简单的功能,所以这一部分的内容没有做过多地介绍。 本课题论述了USB技术在DSP数据采集和处理系统中的应用与研究,并给出了一个可行的整体开发解决方案。
【Abstract】 Universal Serial Bus (USB) is one of the most important developments in PC peripheral interconnect technology since the introduction of serial and parallel ports in the early 1980s. The benefits of USB, such as ease of use, true plug and play, high performance, and reduced overall system cost, are just a few of the reasons this technology has gone from specification to product development in less than 2 years.At the same time, the condition around the machines in the industry field is more complicated. The requirement is increasing to make those monitoring and controlling instruments more simple and ease of use from the field engineers. And as you know,the key technology in those monitoring devices used in the industry is data acquisition and processing system’s design and deployment. All of these depend strongly on the use of DSP and it self s development. How to use the latest technology to satisfy the above requirement is this papers main gain.At first, the paper introduces the protocol of USB bus in brief, and then discusses the design of data acquisition and processing system, which includes four segment, hardware design,firmware design, device driver and annlication nrosram. In hardware segment. The performance of TMS320VC33 and PDIUSBD12 firstly is described; then the hardware scheme are given in detail .The most important project is the firmware writing. The paper first shows the idea of program design and the hierarchy and then introduces the program design in detail and gives some code. The device driver and application program are presented in the last three chapters.WDM and VC are used to develop the driver and application program.This M.S. degree project’s main gain is to research&develop the USB tech in DSP system, and provide a doable total solution.
