基于CAN总线技术的小电流接地保护装置研究与实现

【摘要】 小电流接地系统是企业供配电网的主要运行模式,该系统的监控保护是配电自动化的关键环节。本论文在分析小电流接地系统各种故障保护原理的基础上,采用多种先进技术建立了石化企业供电系统的监控保护网络。首先系统中采用较为先进的16位单片机80C196MC对底层信号进行采集,大大提高了信号的处理速度。其次,通过现场总线技术将整个系统组成网络,实现了节点之间数据共享,并且整个监控系统更加稳定可靠,现场控制性能更为出色。第三,采用自行设计的PCCAN接口卡,实现了上位机和底层数据采集之间的数据互联,充分利用上位机强大的数据处理能力。再次,在上位机上设计了友好的人机用户界面,对整个系统的管理更加方便。本系统的成功开发,在配电自动化及其它工业自动化领域中均具有较大的实用意义和参考价值。

【Abstract】 The Small Current Neural Grounding System is the primary running mode of the industrialdistribution system. The control and measurement of this system lies in the important situation of the Distribution Automation. This paper analyses various theories on the protection of the Small Current Neural Grounding System. Several advanced technology is used. Then it expatiates on a practical network to measure and control the industrial field of distribution system. First, in this system, advanced 16-bit microprocessor 80C196MC is used to sample signals from industry cense. This makes it impossible to have a higher speed in data processing. Second, a kind of Field Bus-CAN is applying to build whole system into a more reliable, advanced real-time control network. It makes data in network nodes shared. Third, used a self-designed PCCAN card, an industry PC and CAN network are interlinked. Sampled data can be processed quickly in this powerful PC. Next, a friendly user interface is applied in the upper computer and it makes a more convenient management to the whole system available. This accomplished work has high practical value and referential significance in the area of DA and other automations.
