普通高等学校教师综合评价系统的研究

【摘要】 以人为本，实施人才强校战略，加速建设适应学校发展的高素质师资队伍，是目前高校所面临的重要问题之一。而如何做好对各种类型的引进人才和校内教师进行快捷的、有效的评价，则关系着学校的发展和教师个人的发展。借助信息技术和校园网来完成对教师评价是一个重要的途径之一。 教师评价与评价系统的研究是一个既有理论和实践意义有富挑战性的课题。笔者是在前人关于教师评价、评价系统以及评价方法等方面所做的大量工作的基础上，通过继承、分析和发展，站在巨人的肩上展开对教师评价特性分析、评价方法、评价指标体系、评价的不同阶段工作程序与步骤和综合评价系统等方面的研究和创新和尝试的。归纳起来主要取得了以下成果： (1)结合高等学校教授的综合评价，对评价中问卷调查、评价指标体系建立和权重体系建立等几个关键性过程进行了研究； (2)不同方法在不同评价阶段的运用，采用Delphi法构造评价指标体系，运用层次分析法取得指标的权值； (3)建立高校教授(科研为主)的综合评价指标体系和权重体系； (4)对高校教师评价系统进行研究，深入研究了评价引擎，并建立系统原型，通过大连理工大学教授(科研为主)的评价实例进行了验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the important problems which high schools are facing nowadays is how to implement the talent-concerned strategy and accelerate the culture of high-quality teachers with the developing of schools training. Nevertheless, how to work well with the fast and effective evaluation to the introduced talents in every field and the school teachers affect schools’ and teachers’ personal development. Using information technology and the campus net is one of the important ways to accomplish the evaluation of teachers.Teacher evaluation and research in evaluation system is not only a theoretical and practical task but also a challenging topic. After inheriting, analyzing and developing other scholars’ principles about teacher evaluation, evaluation systems and evaluation methods, the writer and some creative research in analyzing characteristic evaluation, evaluation means, evaluation index system, evaluation in different stages, comprehensive evaluation system and so on. All in all, main achievements have been gained as follows:Firstly, with the combination of evaluation to high school professors, the writer research in several essential elements of evaluation, such as questionnaire research, the establishment of evaluation index system, the establishment of weight system and etc.Secondly, research in the application of different ways in different steps, how to use Delphi to form evaluation index system, and how to obtains the weight value by using AHP.Thirdly, establish the comprehensive evaluation system and weight system for high-school professors (whose main fields are about scientific research).Finally, deeply study in high-school teacher evaluation system, evaluation engine. Establish the system prototype, and through the evaluation of professor proceeding to verify in Dalian University of Technology.更多还原
