【摘要】 住宅问题一直是一个重要的社会问题，为了解决这一问题，人们也不断在努力。在“功能主义”引领的时代曾经被忽略的人类个性随着“参与思想”介入住宅设计，而重新得到重视，参与式设计也随之产生。 本文从设计过程的角度，通过对黑石礁“红星村”实验性工程住户参与设计过程的考察，以及以往的研究与实践的分析，对低层联体住宅的参与式设计过程进行了研究和探讨，并针对中国房地产市场的开发现状，提出广泛适用的低层联体住宅住户参与式设计模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 The residence problem is always an important social issue, in order to solve this problem, people are unceasingly in diligently. In early time of the last century, the function principle occupied the dominant position and Human’s individuality was neglected. But now, along with "the user participate idea" enterd the housing design domain, people again get to pay attention to the humanist, and the participatory design also immediately is produced.From the point of view of design process, through the inspection of inhabitant participating in the design process of "red star village" project in the black stone reef, as well as former research and practice analysis, we has conducted the research and the discussion to the townhouse participation design process, and proposed the widespread suitable model in townhouse inhabitant participatory design.更多还原
