论可持续发展视野下技术伦理的重建

【摘要】 当今社会是高、新技术迅速发展的重要时代，技术的发展已渗透到人类生活的各个方面，技术并入人类生活方式的结果必须是技术哲学研究把技术价值规范作为主题来讨论。 如果说以往的技术哲学研究主要关注技术批判的话，那么，今天的技术哲学研究则在经历一种走向伦理探索的转型，因为现代技术的创新能力与摧毁性潜能发展之快远远高于这个时代的伦理进步。伦理学需要新发展来解决现代技术向人类提出的各种目不暇接的道德问题，所以，建构技术伦理具有重要理论意义和现实意义。 本文首先对现代技术发展所造成的生态、人和社会发展的不可持续问题进行分析，揭示出传统的技术伦理的局限性在于人类很少关注人与自然权利与义务的矛盾，很少关注人与技术和谐、持续发展的文化道德基础，所以，技术的社会实践提出了技术伦理建构的必要性。 其次，本文又从技术自身的逻辑展现方式，及传统伦理学的局限性角度进一步揭示技术伦理建构的必要性。 最后，本文从人与自然、人与技术等方面具体阐述了技术伦理建构的核心问题，技术伦理建构的价值取向及人类的技术行为应遵循的主要原则，并明确指出技术伦理的建构是可持续发展的出路之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now society is the important times of high and new rapid development of technology, and the development of technology has permeated each aspect of mankind’s life, and the technology is merged into technology philosophy research that the result of the mankind’ s way of life must be and is regarded the technology value standard subject to come the discussion. If speaking that the technology philosophy research is before chiefly followed with interest the technology and is criticized, like that, but the technology research of today is moved towards the revolution mould that the ethics was explored one kind of experience, because innovation ability and destroying nature latent energy development quick of modern technology is more than the ethics advance of these times far away. The ethics need newly develop and solve the various questions of morality that the eye cannot take it all in that the modern technology was put forward to the mankind, so building to construct technology ethics to possess important theory meaning and real meaning.更多还原
