流程工业生产管理系统研究

【摘要】 科学技术的发展为制造业的技术进步创造了条件,同时也使企业面临越来越激烈的竞争。传统制造业面临着新的挑战和机遇,为了能在市场竞争中立于不败之地,如何缩短产品上市时间,提高质量,降低成本,改善服务,是企业永无止境的追求。因此企业需要以先进的管理思想来指导自己的生产,加强生产管理和各生产环节之间的衔接,充分发挥现有资源的生产能力。而传统的生产管理的思想主要针对离散型制造企业以及宏观的计划控制,而对流程行业以及宏观下的底层数据的采集缺乏有效的信息系统的支持,并且各系统之间缺乏有效的沟通和资源共享,容易形成所谓的“信息孤岛”现象。因此对于流程工业容易造成调度系统的不完善导致实时监控紊乱,增加产品的制造成本。 本论文针对上述问题进行了以下研究工作: (1)在对流程工业生产的特点以及先进的生产管理理念JIT,MRPⅡ,ERP,MES等进行深入研究的基础上,提出了一种基于MES的先进的流程工业生产管理模式。 (2)根据这种管理模式总结出一种流程行业生产管理系统的模型,并对模型进行需求分析和详细设计。 (3)在软件上采用J2EE技术对系统进行架构,采用Java中间层的技术实现系统数据和业务过程的建模,达到系统各模块的集成和可扩充性。 (4)将生产管理软件系统原型应用于实际案例,同时结合企业自身的实际情况和特点,开发了大连钢铁集团生产管理系统。 本文所研究开发的基于MES的流程行业集成化生产管理系统,以先进的生产管理理念为指导,采用先进的生产计划调度模型,实现了企业管理层与生产底层的集成,达到了物流、资金流和信息流统一;以先进的J2EE平台对系统软件进行架构,保证系统的健壮性和可扩充性。通过对本系统的使用,实现了企业生产计划与生产调度的整体优化,最终达到缩短生产周期,加快资金周转,降低成本,提高质量和服务水平,追求最佳经济效益的目标。

【Abstract】 The development of modern science provides the technique condition for the manufacturing enterprises which are confronted with more severe competition. To gain the advantage in competition, it become a pursuit for an enterprise to shorten the time to market, improve the quality, reduce the cost, provide better service. So the corporation must adopt advanced management technology to strengthen the interaction of every step of production, upgrade the production ability with the limited resources. The traditional production management ideas is mainly about dispersed manufacturing enterprise and macro-planning, lack the support in process industry and collection of rock-bottom data, and the existed information systems is short of interact and resources share which finally lead to the so called phenomena of information island, the chaos of control and the increasing of cost for an enterprise.The paper does some research for the described problem.1. Through the research of process industry and advanced production management theories such as ERP, MRP II ,JIT and MES etc, the paper presents the advanced steel management mode based on MES.2. Apply the described production management idea to process industry, construct the production management system model, and also bring out the demand analysis and the detail design.3. Adopt J2EE platform to design the multi-tie software structure of the model, use the technology of Java middleware to make the system more robust and extensible.4. Practicing the software prototype and connecting real conditions and characteristics of the enterprise, the production management system of Dalian Steel Corporation is developed. Based on the advanced management theories and modeling of planning and scheduling, thesystem software satisfies the integration of management and production, obtains the unification of flows of material, capital and information. The using of J2EE platform make the system more robust and extensible . The system realizes the optimization of planning and scheduling, shorten the cycle of production, quicken the circulation of capital, decrease cost and obtain the goal of optimal economic benefits.
