【摘要】 本文是一篇关于新开发商业区城市形态演变发展特征的文章，研究的对象是大连开发区五彩城商业旅游区。本文采用描述性理论分析的研究方法，以时间为顺序，来分析五彩城在兴旺、衰败和改造三个不同时期的城市形态的演变发展过程。通过对各个时期的区位与性质、用地布局、交通组织、景观环境、建筑形态等城市物质形态构成要素的分析，我们看到了不同时期的经济、政策、文化等不可见的背后因素是如何共同作用于前者并导致五彩城的兴衰和变化。它的问题反映了许多城市建设中的指导思想、规划设计、城市设计、建筑设计等方面应该注重的问题，这是此项研究的普遍意义所在。只有清楚的了解了问题在那里，才能明确今后的城市建设和改造方向，使城市保持有序发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis is about the urban form transformation characters of the new business district. Wucaicheng business and recreational district in DaLian development zone is the object in the research. Descriptive research is used in the analysis about the course of Wucaicheng urban form transformation. In order of time, three periods are included in the analysis which are blossom , downfall and reconstruction. Location and character, arrangement of terra, traffic organization, sight and surroundings and building form in deferent periods are substance elements. From the analysis about which, we know that the interaction of the backside factors which are economy, policy and culture caused the fluctuation of Wucaicheng. The problems of Wucaicheng reflects some problems in the city construction, which adds the significance of the research. And we should pay more attention to some important things in the city construction such as the ideas of direction, planning design, urban design, building design and so on. Only understanding where the problems are can we be more certain about its trend of city development and reconstruction, and ultimately, make the city to develop in good order.更多还原
