基于结构化BOM的CAPP系统的研究

【摘要】 在现代机械制造业中,CAPP(计算机辅助工艺设计)具有重要的理论意义和广泛、迫切的实际需求。CAPP是CIMS(计算机集成制造系统)中一个重要的组成部分。CAPP系统的使用,可以大大提高工艺设计的速度和质量,可以提高工艺设计的规范化和标准化的程度。随着先进制造技术、信息技术的飞速发展,对工艺信息化系统提出了更高的要求。CAPP不仅是连接CAD子系统和CAM子系统的纽带,而且与制造业信息化建设中的各信息系统都有着十分紧密的联系。因此,CAPP己经成为一个重要研究领域。 本文在阐述了目前CAPP技术现状及趋势的基础上,分析了现有CAPP系统所存在的问题,结合企业对CAPP系统的基本要求,提出基于结构化BOM的CAPP系统,阐述了基于结构化BOM的CAPP系统体系结构,分析了基于结构化BOM的CAPP系统的过程与功能。提出了基于知识模板生成的工艺设计系统的思想。论述了原型工艺的概念,研究了原型工艺生成的机理和原型工艺库的建立方法,构建了由原型工艺进一步生成目标工艺的模式,该方法对于工艺设计系统的柔性化和实用化具有重要意义。系统具有工具型模式特点,为用户提供各个工具模块,研究了面向对象的资源数据存储和管理模式,建立开放式工艺资源数据库管理模块,合理实现了工艺资源数据的管理;在此模块的支持下,实现交互式工艺设计。分析了集成化对制造业信息化建设的重要性,并提出基于结构化BOM的CAPP与MES系统的集成思想。 实践证明,基于结构化BOM的CAPP系统在企业的信息化建设中,起到了良好的作用。

【Abstract】 In modern mechanical manufacturing industry, CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) has important theoretical values, comprehensive and exigent needs. CAPP is a major component in CLMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System). The speed and quality of process planning can be improved greatly by using CAPP. The standardization and regularization of process planning can also be enhanced. With the fast development of advanced manufacturing technology and information technology, process information system should satisfy new needs. CAPP not only acts as a tie which joins CAD and CAM systems together, but also keeps close links with other systems such as ERP, PDM, etc. in the construction of manufacturing information. Therefore, CAPP has been regarded as an important research field of modern manufacturing technology.On the basis of the sum-up and analysis of the trend of development of CAPP and its present status of application, the author is determined to make some research in this paper as follows.The method of CAPP system based on the Structured BOM is put forward; the structure, process and function of CAPP system based on the Structured BOM are expounded. A new idea of generating the process plan system based on knowledge template is proposed. The concept of prototype process is discussed, and its generation mechanism and methods for building process base are studied. Furthermore, the generation of objective process from prototype process is patterned. The method is of great importance for the flexibility and practicality of process planning system. The system is of characteristic of tools model which provide a lot of tools module. Object Oriented storage and management model of resource data is researched and an open data base management system of process resource is building. Rational management of process resource data is achieved. The importance of integration is analyzed, the method of the integration of CAPP and MES based on Structured BOM is proposed.The system can satisfy the needs of the construction of manufacturing information, in practical application.
