SeiComGIS的研究和实现及其在土地系统中的应用

【摘要】 土地管理信息系统衍生于地理信息系统,是利用地理信息、遥感、数据库、网络等高新技术进行土地业务管理的系统工程,它是由土地相关信息、土地的权属关系、自然属性和经济属性组成的数据库以及收集、描述、处理和分配这些数据的技术方法组成,它是法律、行政和经济政策的工具,也是规划和发展的辅助工具。 随着应用范围的扩大,现有的地理信息系统(GIS)远不能满足实际应用的需要。组件式地理信息系统(COMGIS)是新一代的地理信息系统,它符合现代软件工程和软件开发技术的发展趋势。组件技术已经成为业界标准,用户可以像使用其他ActiveX控件一样使用COMGIS控件,使非专业的普通用户也能够开发和集成GIS应用系统,推动了GIS大众化进程。COMGIS的出现使GIS不仅是专家们的专业分析工具,同时也成为普通用户对地理相关数据进行管理的可视化工具。 文章首先介绍了地理信息系统的基本概念与组成、数字地球与土地信息系统的关系、地理信息系统组件化的趋势,然后介绍了组件技术、组件式地理信息系统的概念及优点,并探讨了组件式地理信息系统平台的构成以及组件化过程中应该注意的问题,分析了组件式地理信息系统的模型。在此基础上进行了组件式地理信息系统SeiComGIS的系统设计和组件设计,尤其是针对空间-属性交互查询进行了探讨,提出了空间查询的具体解决方案。实现了数据库管理组件、数据查询组件、布局打印组件、图元编辑组件和图符管理组件等多个核心和基本功能组件。并介绍了如何将其应用于“锦州市国土资源局综合土地管理信息系统”中。论文的最后,总结了组件式地理信息系统建设的研究,对下一步工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Land Information System (LIS) is derived from Geographic Information System (GIS). It is the management of land information , using Geographic Information, remote sensing, database , network and other computer advanced techniques. It includes database of land information, land ownership, nature property , economic property and methods of collection, description, procession and distribution of the data. It is the management and development auxiliary tools of law, excution and economic principle.With the wide application, traditional GIS of today can’t satisfied the need of practical application. GIS based on Component Object Model (COM) is the GIS of the new generation. It conforms to the trend of the development of modern software project and software developing technique.COM technology has become the standard in the computer field , consumer can use COMGIS components as the other ActiveX components . Users without special knowledge of GIS can develop GIS. This promote the popularity of GIS.The thesis first describes the concepts and composition of COMGIS, the relationship between the digital earth and land information system, the trends of GIS to COMGIS, introduces the concepts and advantages of component and COMGIS technology, discusses the composing of COMGIS platform and the problems that should be paid attention to in the procedure of componentization and analyses the model of COMGIS. Based on the above research, the thesis develops the system design the whole structure and the components of a COMGIS- SeiComGIS, especially discussing its space-attribute interaction enquiry and proposing the actual solution of spatial query. The main and basic components of the system performance function are as the following : data management component , data query component, layout and print component, map controlling component, outline management component and so on. The thesis also introduces its application in the "Jinzhou Land Source Bureau Management System ". At the end of the paper, the author summarizes the study of the COMGIS’ construction and the prospect of next step.
