我国政府对科技型中小企业创业投资管理研究

【摘要】 科技型中小企业是当今我国社会经济发展中最具活力的一支力量，它在调整产业结构，提升国民经济质量，创造就业机会等方面发挥了巨大的作用，同时，它也是形成我国高科技产业发展的重要组成部分。我国的科技型中小企业虽已形成了一定的规模，但总体来说还处于发展初期，在发展过程中面临的一系列问题也是不争的事实，其中企业发展初期缺乏必要的资金支持就严重阻碍了科技型中小企业的发展。 本文以我国科技型中小企业为研究平台，从科技型中小企业和政府创业投资的概念入手，阐述了当前政府创业投资管理中所积累的经验，对其存在的问题进行了剖析，同时也对其投资管理的现有模式进行了理性的分析。文章在借鉴国外政府创业投资管理经验的基础上，结合我国的实际情况，提出了适应我国国情的政府对科技型中小企业创业投资的模式探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises act on day by day in the course of our country’s social development obviously. It demonstrates the enormous advantage in such aspects as promoting the national economic quality of our country and creating employment opportunity, etc, meanwhile, it is the important motive force for the development of the Hi-Tech industry of our country too. The scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have already formed certain scale, but they still at an early stage of development, a series of questions are even irrefutable facts that existed, some enterprises among them lack essential fund support which hampers scientific and technological type small and medium-sized enterprises’ progress seriously at the initial stage of development.The article bases a study platform on our country’s scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises, starting with from scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises and the concept of the undertaking investment, and explains the experience accumulated in management of the government’s investment of undertaking at present, and carries on deep analysis to existing problems, meanwhile, analyses rationally existing modes of its management of investment. On base of the experience of undertaking investment abroad, the article, combining actual conditions of our country, puts forward government undertaking investment new modes which adapt the needs of our national conditions for scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.更多还原
