红枫湖大桥挂篮施工方法研究

【摘要】 斜拉桥主梁施工方法的选取,除考虑斜拉桥的结构体系、索型、索距和主梁断面形式等因素外,还应考虑施工技术设备和工程现场条件等因素。红枫湖大桥由于受其所处地形和其周边环境的影响,因此该桥主梁的施工方法采用挂篮施工。本文着重对挂篮施工中的设备、挂篮施工工艺及挂篮施工模拟计算进行了研究,作了如下工作: 1.对挂篮的类型、受力特点、适用性及我国挂篮应用的现状进行了总结和归纳, 提出了挂篮今后发展的方向。 2.论证了红枫湖大桥挂篮的结构形式,并通过采用弧形梁、前锚梁解决了空间斜 索面斜拉索与挂篮连接的问题。首次将万能杆件拼装的挂篮应应用于空间索面的 斜拉桥主梁施工中。 3.分析了拉索的自重垂度对其在梁上倾角的影响,并推导得出梁上倾角的垂度修 正实用计算公式。对红枫湖大桥拉索的梁上倾角进行了垂度修正计算,精确地 确定了前锚梁相对于弧形梁的位置。 4.提出了该桥用挂篮逐段浇筑施工的主要施工工艺:O#块施工工艺、l#块施工 工艺、标准节段施工工艺及合拢段施工工艺。 5.根据挂篮关键部位的受力限制条件,给出了前支点斜拉索索力范围确定的方法、 原理及步骤,结合该桥编制了计算程序,进行数值计算,并在施工过程中得到 运用。 6.建立了前支点挂篮施工模拟计算流程,并对红枫湖大桥挂篮施工的牵索方案、 拉索初始张拉力及施工各节段的立模标高的确定进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The construction method of main girder of cable-stayed bridges needs not only considering the structural system of cable-stayed bridges, arrangement of cables, cross-section of the main girder, but also considering construction technology, equipments and the condition on the spot. Due to the influence of topography and the environment, traveling carriage is adopted in main girder construction of this bridge. Equipments i n c onstruction, technology and analog computation are mainly researched in this paper. The work has been done as the following:1. The type, force character, applicability of traveling carriage and application condition of traveling carriage in China are summarized. And the evolution direction for traveling carriages is brought forward.2. The structural configuration of traveling carriage is demonstrated. The connection problem of anchor joint between space cable and traveling carriage is solved by arc-shaped beam and former anchoring beam. It is the first time for traveling carriage made of standard rods to be applied in construction of main girder of cable-stayed bridges with space cables.3. Self-weight drooping affection on cable’s angle is analyzed. The droops-modified formula of cable’s angle is derived. Alteration calculation about cable’s angle of Hongfeng Lake Bridge is done, and the relative location of fore-anchored beam to arc-shape beam is determined accurately.4. The piecemeal construction technology with traveling carriage is put forward: 0# section, 1# section, standard section construction technology and closure section construction technology.5. According to the force limitations for the key parts of the traveling carriage, the methods, principle and procedures for the determination of the scope of fore-fulcrum force are given. Based on the characters of this bridge, the computer program is developed and numerical calculation for this bridge is applied during construction.6. Analog computation process of construction with traveling carriage is brought forward, and the determination methods of tensioning process of cables, initial tensioning force and initial erection altitude of each section are discussed.
