奥园集团办公自动化信息系统的需求分析与实施方案研究

【摘要】 本论文从管理角度入手,结合奥园集团内部管理存在的实际问题,从建立企业办公自动化管理信息系统的必要性及可行性分析到建立奥园集团办公自动化信息系统的需求分析、流程及具体功能模块定位、系统实施规划、系统解决方案及实施OA的后评价,对公司实施OA进行的充分的论证与实现。公司最终通过外包方式建立并实施办公自动化管理信息系统,该系统采用Browse/Server模式,完全基于Internet/intranet平台,是针对公司内部的管理流程,设计而成的一套方便、稳定、实用的办公自动化软件。包括个人办公、公文管理、人事管理、计划管理、任务管理、采购管理、经理事务以及企业社区等功能模块。其友好的界面、严谨的管理结构,充分担当起了机构中各个管理层的各项工作,不仅是公司员工工作中的优秀助手,同时更是帮助有关领导做出英明决策的不可或缺的工具。它使复杂、繁琐的办公室事务变得自动化、流程化、数据化,大大提高了集团各公司、各部门的工作效率。

【Abstract】 In the view of management aspect, based on the management problems existing in Aoyuan Group, an argument about OA is issued in this dissertation, which has analyzed OA from the related necessity and feasibility of building up an Office Automatic system to the system planning, the whole solving project and its eventual evaluation. On the basis of Internet/ intranet platform and B/S model, the company has completed a practical, utilitarian and stable software systems for the management process by outsourcing, which include function module blocks dealing with not only personal work, but also the managements of document, human resource, planning, tasking, purchasing, director’s work, enterprise community and so on. The OA system has been playing a key role in nearly all the managements with its friendly surface and strict configuration design. It is not only an excellent assistant of staff, but also viewed as an essential tool, by which managers could make correct decisions. It improves work efficiency by making the office business automatically and digitally.
