【摘要】 医院文化是在中华文化的基础上，以我国现时期文化为主导，融合中西医文化及边缘文化所衍生的、多学科综合的、具有医院特色和时代特征的一种特殊行业文化。它是社会主义文化的重要组成部分，是一种先进的意识形态，也是一种更高层次的医院管理理论、管理方法、管理思想和管理方式。它具有振奋医院精神、改善经营理念、端正价值取向、规范行为准则、营造文化氛围、提高员工素质、塑造医院形象和凝聚群体意志的重要作用。因此，医院文化建设，尤其是在社会主义市场经济条件下，加强医院文化建设，对医院的建设和发展、改善医德医风、深化医疗卫生体制的改革，都将具有极其重要的意义。本文研究了医院文化的内涵、特点、地位和功能，分析了新时期社会主义市场经济给医院及医务人员带来的冲击和困惑及其产生的原因，从医院文化建设的理论高度和实践应用角度，阐明了社会主义市场经济条件下医院文化建设需要解决的几个主要问题，提出了大力弘扬医院文化建设的主旋律和正确导向的重要性，坚定不移地坚持我国医院文化建设的社会主义方向和救死扶伤、全心全意为人民健康服务的宗旨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hospital culture is a special synthetical medical culture based on Chinese culture , leading by nowadays development , combined with Chinese and western medicine culture . It has hospital and ages features. Hospital culture is an important part of socialism culture. It is also an advanced ideology and higher hospital administration theory, manage mentality and manage fashion. It can stimulates hospital spirit, improves manage ideas, correctitude value tropism, criterion behavior rule, builds culture atmosphere, increases employee’s diathesis, shapes hospital visualize and agglomerate staff’s volition. So, hospital culture construction is so important for the hospital development , improve medical virtue, deepen reform medical system. This letterpress studied the meanings, characteristics, status and functions of hospital culture. Analysis the impact and reasons for the hospital and medical staff by socialism market economy. Illustrate hospital culture construction need to solve some problems under the condition of socialism market economy, from theory and practice point of views. Put forward the importance of main ideas and right orient for hospital culture construction.
