ISF鼓风炉影响因素分析及相关数模的建立

【摘要】 分析、总结了中国铅、锌冶炼技术及可持续发展,介绍了密闭鼓风炉炼铅锌技术在鼓风烧结、铅液冷却、节能、回收有价元素、自动化控制、配料顺序、备料冷焦的运输及环保等方面的一些技术进展。并结合韶冶二系统的设计和生产实践进行了论述。 基于密闭鼓风炉铅锌冶炼生产过程特点:物理化学反应十分复杂,操作条件比较严格,入炉物料的配比要求也非常精确,是典型的复杂连续生产过程;论文分析了炉内各带的温度变化:料预热带、再氧化带、还原带、炉渣熔化带;分析、总结了影响鼓风炉生产的因素:鼓风制度(富氧熔炼、预热鼓风熔炼)、炉料的性质对熔炼过程的影响(烧结块、焦炭的性质及消耗)、鼓风炉操作的影响因素(鼓风炉系统、鼓风量与风温调节、炉前操作、冷凝分离系统、煤气洗涤系统、电热前床)。 炉料的软化点和软化区间是影响鼓风炉熔炼的关键因素,它是衡量烧结块质量的一项比较综合的物理参数,可以用来考察烧结块在高温下的抗软化能力;而粗锌产出直接关系到产能和效率的问题。基于上述分析、总结,结合鼓风炉的内部因素,采集各种信息、加工和处理,选取烧结块软化点和鼓风炉粗锌生产,进行多元线性回归分析,建立相关数学模型: 1)烧结块软化点与成份的关系模型: T3=1574.2—5.1*S%+95.9*CaO/SiO2+3.3*Fe/SiO2—35.1*Pb% 2)ISF密闭鼓风炉粗锌产出模型 WZn=-1.720+2.739*V-3.362*Km+0.417*T3-2.669*As 相关显著性R=0.87,大于相关显著系数0.7的要求,回归方程是显著的。实际运行结果表明,各变量之间存在较显著的线性关系,与生产实践相吻合。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the smelting technologies of Lead and Zinc and their substantial development are analyzed and summarized, the development of I.S.P technique which is used in blast agglomeration, lead cooling, energy conservation, valuable element recycling, automata, admeasure sequence, transportation of cold coke and environmental protection is introduced here. The demonstration integrates the design and practice in II system of Shaoguan Smelter.I.S.P is the typical complex and continuous production process. Based on the peculiarity of I.S.P: physical chemistry reaction is quite complex, operation condition is comparatively rigid, the charging ration needs to be exactitude. Temperature variety of zones in furnace including: warm-up charging zone, re-oxidation zone, revivification zone, slag smelting zone,The soft point and soft zone are the key factors, which have an effect on the smelting of ISP and it is a comprehensive parameter appraising the quality of sintered aggregate. The anti-soften ability of aggregates may be investigated by it at the high temperature. The output of crude zinc is closely related to output capacity and efficiency. Based on the above analysis and summarization, combined with inner factors of ISP, manyinformation is collected and processed, and soft point of aggregate and crude zinc output of ISP are chosen, and the related models are established:1) Relationship model of soft point and component of sintered aggregates:T3 = 1574.2-5.1*S%+95.9*CaO/SiO2+3.3*Fe/SiO2-35.1* Pb%2) Output model of crude zinc products by ISF process: WZn=-1.720+2.739*V-3.362*Km+0.417*T3-2.669*AsThe related striking is R=0.87, which is higher than 0.7, and this shows that the equation is striking. And the practice result shows they are very effective to control and monitor the production.
