大型预焙铝电解过程智能控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 大型预焙铝电解槽的生产实践表明,良好的工艺技术条件对获得优良的电流效率、吨铝能耗等技术经济指标具有决定作用。本文以我国200kA预焙铝电解槽为例,针对新的“四低一高”工艺技术条件,设计开发了铝电解过程智能控制系统。 为使大型预焙铝电解槽稳定地运行于新的工艺技术条件,本文提出了模糊专家控制策略,它结合了模糊控制技术和专家控制技术,充分发挥铝电解专家的经验和知识,开发了铝电解模糊专家控制器。应用这种模糊专家控制器统一处理铝电解过程的精确知识和模糊知识,进行模糊推理和精确推理。在模糊专家控制器设计中,提出了抗噪声干扰能力强的数据处理算法,为控制器的高品质控制性能提供了条件。针对铝电解阳极效应问题提出了阳极效应模糊专家预报方法,确保了铝电解槽的低氧化铝浓度和低阳极效应系数运行。模糊专家控制器在我国200kA预焙铝电解槽系列生产上的实际运行结果表明,铝电解过程控制精度高,鲁棒性和稳定性强,能使电流效率提高2%以上,吨铝电耗降低100KWh,具有显著的增产节能效果。 本文运用Visual Basic 6.0为铝电解槽过程监控设计了基于Windows98操作系统的应用软件,它采用模块化结构,具有数据管理和组织、文件存储、报表打印、控制参数修改、曲线显示和槽况分析等功能,提高了电解系列生产的过程监控水平。

【Abstract】 The productional practice of large-scale prebaked aluminum electrolytic cells has shown that the well technical conditions is decisive to obtain good technical and economic indexes, such as current efficiency, energy consumption per ton aluminum, etc.. According to the 200kA prebaked aluminum electrolytic cell in our country, and aiming at the new new technical conditions, i.e. "Four Low One High", this parper designs and develops a intelligent control system for electrolysis process.In order to keep large-scale prebaked aluminum electrolytic cells running steadily under the new technical conditions, this paper put forward a fuzzy expert controlling strategy, which combineing with’the fuzzy control technology and the expert control technoloy, and making use of the aluminum electrolysis experts’ experience and knowledge adequately, develops a aluminum electrolysis fuzzy expert controller.’ ’ Apply this fuzzy expert controller to deal with the knowledge of precise ?and fuzzy and excute the precise inference and fuzzy inference at the same time. In the design of fuzzy expert controller, put forward a data pretreatment algorithm with strong noise resistance, it provides the condition for the high control performance. And aiming at the problem of aluminum electrolysis anode effect, this paper brings forward a prevention method of fuzzy expert control, and guarantees the stable electrolytic cell operateing in the new technical condition of low Al2O3 concentration and low anode effect frequency. The actual running result of 200kA prebaked aluminum electrolytic potline in our country shows that the process control of aluminum electrolytic having high control precision, strong robustness and stableness, and can increase more than 2% in current efficiency and decrease lOOkWh in electric energy consumption per ton aluminum.The control software for aluminum electrolytic cells was developed in this paper with Visual Basic 6.0. This software consists of the functions of data management and organization, file storage, report form printing,control parameter modification, curve display, and cell state analysis, etc., with modular structure, and improves the level of supervision and control of the potline production.
