160KA预焙铝电解槽工艺与控制技术综合优化的研究

【摘要】 本文在论述了青海铝160KA预焙铝电解槽工艺与控制技术的综合优化基础上,重点研究了采用智能模糊控制技术后电解相应配套设施的改造以及电解技术条件的改善,研究结果表明: 1) 智能模糊控制技术能成功地应用在青海铝160KA铝电解槽上; 2) 智能模糊控制技术优势的充分发挥需要结合工艺技术条件的综合优化,以此为前提确立了与现行智能模糊控制技术铝电解槽相适应的工艺技术条件,即:即低分子比、低电解温度、低氧化铝浓度、低阳极效应系数、高电压(高极距)。 3) 结合作者多年的铝电解研究经验和青海铝生产现场的实际情况,通过对智能模糊控制技术的具体实施,总结出一套有青海铝特色的160kA中间下料预焙槽的工艺技术条件。 4) 配合工艺技术条件的优化,作者同时也强调了强化职工的培训、提高操作工作质量和规范操作程序也是保证智能模糊控制技术工艺技术顺利实施的关键。 通过以上改进,青海铝160KA电解槽智能模糊控制技术获得了显著的增产节能效果,生产统计表明,采用智能模糊控制技术及配合上述其它方面的改进后,电流效率可达到93%以上,吨铝直流电耗13500kWh,与未采用智能模糊控制技术槽相比,电流效率提高了4个百分点,直流电耗降低了300kWh/t-Al,在国内同类型电解槽中各项主要经济技术指标处于领先地位。

【Abstract】 This paper in have discussed Qinghai aluminum 160 KA in advance Bei the comprehensive optimization foundation of aluminum electrolysis groove technology and control technology on, after focal point is studied with intelligent vague control technology, electrolysis the improvement of electrolysis technical condition as well as the transform of corresponding supplemental facility, research result shows:1) intelligent vague control technology can be applied successfully on the Qinghai aluminum aluminum electrolysis groove of 160KA.2) intelligent vague control technical advantage develop fully the comprehensive optimization that need to combine the condition of engineering technology , is taking this as prerequisite and have established with current intelligent vague control technical aluminum electrolysis groove the adaptive condition of engineering technology of appearance,: Low member than , low electrolysis temperature, low alumina density, the low effect coefficient of positive pole and high voltage ( high polar distance).3) the actual condition of the aluminum electrolysis research experience and Qinghai aluminum production scene of combination author many years passes through the specific enforcement for intelligent vague control technology, summarize a set of 160kA that has Qinghai aluminum characteristic intermediate next material in advance Bei the condition of engineering technology of groove.4) suit the optimization of the condition of engineering technology, it is to guarantee that intelligence is vague to control the key that technical engineering technology implements smoothly that author has at the same time also emphasized that strengthen raising and the training of staff to operate working quality and normalizes operating sequence.Through above improvement, the Qinghai aluminum electrolysis groove intelligence of 160 KA is vague to control technology to get notable increase production to have energy-saving function effect, production statistics shows that with intelligent vague control technology and coordination, the improvement of other above-mentioned aspect is rear , current efficiency can reach 93% more, ton aluminum direct current consume 13,500 kWh, with do not compare with intelligent vague control technical groove, current efficiency has raised 4 percents, direct current consume to reduce 300 kWh/t-Al, in domestic same type electrolysis groove every major economic technical index is in to be in the lead position.
