开磷集团资源合理利用与可持续发展研究

【摘要】 开阳磷矿是我国大型富磷矿床,矿区由六个矿段构成,累计探明地质储量4.18亿吨,截止2002年未保有储量3.0亿吨,平均品位P2O533.67%,MgO1.16%,R2O32.71%,是制造高浓度磷复肥的理想原料,矿区由贵州开磷集团与开阳县地方企业共同开发。贵州开磷集团是以磷矿石生产及磷加工为主业的化工企业,是我国六大磷矿石生产基地之一,磷矿石年产量220万吨,约占全国磷矿石产量的10%。 为使企业效益最大化并实现企业的可持续发展,开磷集团现有村寨及公路压矿开采和普矿得以合理利用,进行了方案研究,结论如下: 1、采用条带开采,村寨压矿回收率可达到55%,地表变形满足Ⅲ类保护要求;村寨搬迁,资源回收率可达70%,产生直接经济效益4765万元,本文推荐采用搬迁方案。 2、金高公路采用条带法开采,公路压矿回收率45%,地表变形满足Ⅱ类保护要求,因此推荐采用条带开采;金阳公路地表坡度大于45°,断层发育,且有古滑坡带存在,开采可能造成的地表破坏形式为滑坡,本文建议金阳公路废弃,并论证了废弃的可行性。 3、通过配矿与选矿两种方案的技术经济比较,证明普矿的选矿方案比配矿方案更合理。 4、磷矿石资源是开磷集团的核心竞争力。开磷集团发展不能走粗放性的资源扩张模式,依托磷矿石优质,大力发展磷矿石加工业,是企业可持续发展的必经之路。 采用研究的方案,开磷集团2002年末保有储量(A+B+C+D)由2.1亿吨(其中优矿1.33亿吨、普矿0.77万吨)增加到2.29亿吨(其中优矿1.52亿吨、普矿0.77亿吨),延长矿山服务年限4.8年。

【Abstract】 Kailin phosphate mine consists of six sections. there is 418 mililon tones of ore reserve has been exploited and 300 million tones is still not mined by the end of 2002. The average grade of P2O5 , MgO and R2O3 are 33.67%, 1.16% and 2.7% respectively. This phoshate is ideal raw material of compound fertilizer. The mine is open up by Kailin group and Kaiyang county. Kailin group of Guizou province is a chemical corporation which mainly produces and processes phosphate, it being one of the six lagest bases of phosphate in china, and its yearly output is 2.2 milion tones which is about 10 percent of the yield in china.The thesis studies how to mine the ore under village and highway , to utilize the commom ore in order for achieving the best benefit and sustainable development of the enterprise. The following are some conclusions:1. The recovery of phosphate may reach 55 percent, and while the third class safeguard of surface deformation can be met,if strip mining be adopted; But it may be 70 percent if the villages over the mine be shifted. So the way of shift is recommended.The recovery of phosphate may reach 45 percent and the second class safeguard of surface deformation can be satisfied if the ore uder Jingao highway be mined with strip mining, Therefor strip mining is recommended for the ore under highway. The surface slope of of Jingyang highway area is greater than 45° , what is more, faultages growth seriously, and there are some reliques of old coast in this area. The probable damage type in this area will be new coast if the ore under the surface be mined. So abandoning Jinyang highway has been proposed .3. Mineral processing is proved more reasonable than blending ore by comparing with practicing and economy of the two processing.4. The resource of phosphate is the coral competitive force of kailin Group. The development of Kailin Group can not be roughly expanded the scale of the mining, and the critical way of sustainable development is to develop processing industry mainly depending on the high quality ore.If the research project is adopted, the reserve (A+B+C+D) will increases from the existing 210 million tones by the end of 2002, of which the high quality ore and common ore are 133 million and 77 million tones respectively, to 229 million tones thereinto the high quality ore and common ore are 152 million and 77 million tones respectively. In this way the time limit will be extended 4.8 years.
