液舱阀门控制系统经济性和可靠性研究

【摘要】 随着自动化程度的提高,越来越多的船舶配备了液舱阀门控制系统,其中绝大多数为液压系统。液舱阀门控制系统与船舶的生产和安全密切相关,引起了各方面的广泛关注。本文从动态特性以及经济性和可靠性的角度对液舱阀门控制系统进行了较为详尽的研究。 首先,本文介绍了目前船舶上广泛应用的几种液舱阀门控制系统,并对他们进行了分析。 其次,建立了两种主流液舱阀门控制系统的数学模型,分析了它们的动态特性,指出了它们的适用范围。 第三,基于产品全生命周期的经济性指标,从初次投入、工作效率、维修和保养费用三个方面对两种主流液舱阀门控制系统进行了详细分析和比较。 第四,运用产品可靠性相关理论,建立了两种主流阀门控制系统的可靠性模型,得出了它们的可靠度函数和平均无故障工作时间;运用人机可靠性相关理论,提出了系统可靠性管理措施。 第五,对各种阀门控制系统进行了综合评价,指出了各种阀门控制系统适用范围,为船舶设计者提供了设计准则和选型依据。

【Abstract】 With the improvement of automation degree, more and more ships are equipped with the fluid hold valves’ control system, and most of them are hydraulic system. Due to the fluid hold valves’ control system interrelates closely with the ship’s production and safety, it causes "extensive attentions from many aspects. In this paper, the fluid hold valves’ control system is studied in detail from aspects of dynamic characteristic and economy and reliability.Firstly, this paper introduces and analyzes several kinds of the fluid hold valves’ control system widely used on ship.Secondly, the mathematical models of the two mainstream fluid hold valves’ control systems are given, dynamic characteristic is analyzed, applicable range of them is indicated.Thirdly, according to the economic guideline of the product life cycle, the two mainstream fluid hold valves’ control systems are analyzed and compared in detail from aspects of the first time investment and working efficiency and maintenance costing.Fourthly, reliability models of the two mainstream fluid hold valves’ control systems are set up based on relative reliability theoretics, the function of reliability and mean time between failure (MTBF) of them are deduced; hydraulic system management measure is provided based on relative humachine reliability theoretics.Fifthly, various valves’ control systems are assessed, applicable ranges of various valves’ control systems are indicated, design guideline and select criterions for the ship designer are provided.
