基于PLC的主机遥控系统的实现

【摘要】 本论文以目前远洋船舶使用的主机遥控系统主要类型之一NABCO M-800为研究对象,利用自动化领域广泛使用并得到各国船级社认可的S7-300可编程序控制器替代系统原有的NABCO公司工控计算机控制器部件,实现了主机遥控的各种控制功能,主要包括正常起动、重复起动、重起动、正常换向、应急换向、制动、停车等逻辑控制,以及车令发讯、加速速率、程序负荷、临界转速回避、E-P转换等转速控制;完成遥控系统核心控制器的软件、硬件设计。 新系统在开发中,充分利用S7-300PLC的新技术,便新系统具有典型的模块化结构,软硬件具有通用性和互换性,便于建立全船控制管理中心,使青岛远洋船员学院自动化机舱有很大提高,符合教学训练的各种要求。 本文对西门子公司S7-300PLC的应用,特别是模拟量信号处理和数字运算指令的使用方面具有参考价值,对国外引进的使用多年的船舶自动化系统进行改造具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The main purpose of this thesis is to study NABCO M-800, one of the main type of the main engine remote control system, utilize S7-300 PLC Which is extensive used in automatization field and recognized by Ship’s Classification Societies of all nations, instead of original industry computer control parts in NABCO company, to carry out all control functions of the main engine remote control system. The functions include logic controls such as normal start, restart, heavy start, normal change, emergency change, brake, stop etc; speed controls such as telegraph transmitter, accelerating rate, program load, critical speed limit, E-P changeover etc;Finish the ME remote contol system about Hardware and software design of nucleus controllers.During exploitation of the new systems, sufficiently employ the new technology of S7-300 PLC, which the new system have the module construction, university and interchange property, this make us to use ship control and manage center easily, accord with all teaching and training requirementsThe thesis has reference value in the use of S7-300 PLC, especially in the treatment of simulation measurement,
