【摘要】 思想政治教育，从人类诞生的那一天起就开始了，但是，它成为一门独立的学科，却是近二十多年来的事。综观人类思想政治教育的历史和现状，以往人类思想政治教育虽然取得了不少成就，积累了丰富的经验，但由于其经济、政治、思想文化的局限，却存在着诸多亟待改革与创新的方面。随着市场经济建设的推进、知识经济的蓬勃发展和信息社会、全球化时代的到来，传统思想政治教育改革与创新的问题越来越突出地摆在世人面前。 一．思想政治教育的改革 (一)思想政治教育的观念改革与学科定位 1、思想政治教育的观念改革。思想政治教育的观念改革要消除四个方面的错误认识和误区：一是个体人的观念缺失；二是狭隘的思想政治教育观；三是对思想政治教育的地位、作用认识不清；四是严重的僵化保守倾向。要树立四种观念：以人为本的观念；大思想政治教育观念，服务经济与社会发展的观念；与时俱进的观念。 2、思想政治教育的学科定位。思想政治教育是人类思想品德、行为规范、政治意志、法纪准则、理想人格、做人成才方面的教育。它既是思想方面的政治教育，又是政治方面的思想教育，是思想教育与政治教育的统一。它是以马克思主义为理论指导，以哲学、政治学、伦理学、教育学为科学依据，综合社会学、心理学、法学、人才学、管理学、行为科学的理论与方法，结合我国思想政治教育实践，适应中国特色社会主义建设需要，进行创造性整合、提升与发展而形成的，一门具有高度理论性、实践性、应用性、创新性的边缘交叉科学。 (二)思想政治教育的内容与体系改革。 1、思想政治教育的内容改革。现行思想政治教育的内容陈旧，观点有误，崇尚空谈，脱离实际，效果不佳。思想政治教育内容应主要包括思想教育、政治教育、道德教育、成刁‘教育。 2、思想政治教育体系的改革。现行思想政治教育的体系僵化，逻辑混乱，结构缺失，需要重建。思想政治教育各项内容之间紧密联系，构成一个具有层次性，开放性，动态性的体系。 (三)思想政治教育的理论与方法改革 1、思想政治教育的理论改革。传统思想政治教育理论存在的弊端有“左”的倾向、脱离实际的倾向、僵化保守倾向。改革思想政治教育理论的要求是:深入挖掘经典理论的本质内涵:借鉴吸收中国传统文化及西方现代文化的精华;抛弃现行理论中过时内容。 2、思想政治教育的方法改革。要转变观念，注重实效，更新形式;重视普遍性，加强针对性，力求全面性;减少单向灌输，加强双向交流，实现互动式教育;利用随机性，加强计划性，实现科学化、最优化。 二、思想政治教育的创新 (一)思想政治教育的理论创新 1、思想政治教育理论创新的必要性。思想政治教育理论创新是时代发展的必然要求，中国特色社会主义建设的必然要求，应对国际形势的必然要求。 2、思想政治教育理论创新的途径。(l)对经典理论的新阐释;(2)与时俱进，在实践中总结和创新理论;(3)发掘中国传统文化理论，使其凸显当代价值;(4)借鉴国外优秀思想教育成果，确立适合我国国情的相关理论;(5)吸纳有关学科知识和新兴学科成果，丰富思想政治教育内容。 3、思想政治教一育理论创新的原则(l)批判与继承相统一;(2)扬弃与借鉴相结合;(3)普遍性与特殊性相协调;(4)改革与发展相一致。 (二)思想政治教育的方法创新 1、思想政治教育方法创新的必要性。思想政治教育的方法创新是时代发展的要求，思想政治教育对象的要求，实现思想政治教育目标的要求。 2、思想政治教育方法创新的途径。(l)传承和改革传统思想政治教育方法，使其适应时代要求;(2)借鉴和吸收相关学科及外国先进方法，使其整合创新为适合我国国情的思想政治教育方法;(3)充分利用高科技手段，使思想政治教育方法科学化、现代化、最优化;(4)利用家庭、学校、社会力量齐抓共管，构建中国特色社会主义思想政治教育宏大系统工程。 3、思想政治教育方法创新的原则:(l)继承与借鉴原则;(2)发展与创新原则;(3)针一对性与实效性原则;(4)方向性同与时俱进原则。 (三)思想政治教育的实践创新 1、思想政治教育实践创新的意义 2、思想政治教育实践内容的创新。以马克思主义世界观、人生观、价值观教育为指导，突出社会主义理想、信念和道德教育，为当代人建构精神家园;.与素质教育相结合，以塑造全面发展的人为目标，致力于创新型人才的培养;以经济建设为中心，服务于中国特色社会主义事业;切实解决人们生活和工作中的思想问题，心理困惑和实际困难;紧密结合国际国内形势和社会热点，维护改革、发展和稳定的大局，推进中国特色社会主义事业;与文化建设相结合，与管理法律制度相结合，刚柔相济，以求实效。 3、思想政治教育实践形式的创新。利用多种媒体;开展多样活动;加强社区文化建设;抓住时机，因势利导，因时而动。 4、思想政治教育实践创新的原则与方法。(1)目的性原则与方法; (2)方向性原则与方法;(3)实效性原则与方法;(4)动态性原则与方法。 5、思想政治教育实更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political education began at the beginning of human being . Viewed from the history and status quo, we can see although there have been many achievements and experiences in ideological and political education, there are a lot of facets needed reformed and innovated . With the coming of market economy, the rise of knowledge economy and the advent of informational society and globalization, ideological and political education have to reform and innovate. The question of reform and innovation to traditional ideological and political education faces human being more and more obviously.I The reform to ideological and political education( I )The conception reform and subject position of ideological and political educationi Ideological and political education have to set up four concepts: The concept of centering around human being; the general concept of ideological and political education; the concept of serving economy and social development; the concept of advancing with time.ii The ideological and political education is the education of ideological and moral character, the rules of behavior, the political will, the law and principle, the ideal human dignity, which is the political education of ideological education, and ideological education of political education, and is the unification of ideological education and political education. The ideological and political education is based on the philosophy theory of Marxism, and from politics, ethics and pedagogy, which integrate withtheory and method of sociology, psychology, jurisprudence ,the study of human ability ,management science ,behavior science, uniting with the practice of ideological and political education, meeting with the need of the Chinese characteristic socialistic construction, forming a new science which has the qualities of practice, pragmatic, and academic.(II )The reform to contents and systems of ideological and political educationi Ideological and political education contains ideological education , moral education ,political education and success education.ii The contents of ideological and political education and the special contents form a leveled, open, dynamic content system.(III) The reform to the theory and method of ideological and political educationi There are liabilities of left, of divorcing from reality, of stagnation and conservation. The method to reform the theory of political and political education is: digging up the essential connotation of classical theory of Marxism; learning experiences from Chinese trad- itional culture and modern western culture; reforming out-of-date theory.ii To reform the methods of ideological and political education, we should change concepts, respect practical effects, change forms; pay respect to university, emphasize particularity; diminish one-way inculcation, enhance two-way interaction, realize mutual education; use contingency, enhance plan, achieve scientific situation.II Innovation to ideological and political education( I )The theory innovation to ideological and political education.i The necessities of the theory innovation to ideological and political education. The innovation of ideological and political education theory is the inevitable need of time developing, of Chinese characteristic socialistic cause, of the need to deal with international affairs.ii .The ways to innovate theory of ideological and political education.(1) The new explanation of classic theory;(2) To sum up and innovate new theory advancing with times ;(3)Digging up the Chinese traditional cultural theory, to make it suit the modern society;(4)Learning excellent achievement of foreign countries to establish theory suit Chinese;(5)Absorbing achievement relative and new subject to enrich the content of ideological and political education.iii.The principles of ideological and political education (1) Criticism unifies with inheritance;(2)Sublate combines with; (3)Universality harmonizes with particularity;(4) reform integrate with development.(II )The method innovation更多还原
