预测控制与变频控制技术在DCS中的应用和研究

【摘要】 随着现代控制理论的发展和多年的实践摸索,先进控制技术已经成熟,而预测控制策略因其预测模型、滚动优化、反馈校正三大特征符合工业过程控制的实际需要,尤其是对无法准确建立数学模型的现代工业更为适用,故成为当代的研究热点。本文是基于先进控制算法在DCS系统中的设计和开发并以液位过程控制构成实验系统,对预测控制中的动态矩阵控制(DMC)进行了研究。主要内容包括: 1、在阅读大量文献的基础上,从自动控制理论的发展历程入手,对预测控制的基本思想和发展状况进行了综述性描述。 2、详细讨论了基于对象阶跃响应的动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法,分析了其预测模型、反馈校正和滚动优化的三大特点。 3、建立一个多容液位过程控制试验装置,该装置采用了先进的计算机集散控制系统(DCS),控制方案采用预测控制的DMC算法,利用SCX语言开发出DMC控制程序,根据性能指标及反馈校正方法实现在线滚动优化。通过对实际对象进行控制,观察其控制效果,得出预测控制系统中各项较佳参数值。 4、利用及研究了变频控制技术,操纵变量采用变频调速技术控制流量,变频器根据负载的变化使电机实现自动、平滑的增速或减速,将传统的固定转速拖动改为变频调速拖动,从而具有高效、节能和智能自动化的优点。 本课题研究可方便地应用于实际工业生产,具有一定的指导意义,同时作为实验室过程控制装置,通过教学示范和演示,为广大学生进一步了解现代控制理论和先进控制技术提供了方便。

【Abstract】 By the progress of Model Control theory and many years actual experience, Advanced Control Protocol has been perfected. The Predictive Control strategy has been focus direction in the theories research and application, with its three characteristics of predictive model, receding horizon control construction and feedback correction meeting the industrial process control’s needs, especially used to Modern Industry which can’t be developed an accuracy math model. The paper study the Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) among of the Predictive Control based on DCS binding ACP and composition of liquid level control system of multi-capacity object. The main content are as follows:1. The basic concepts and the development of the Advanced Control and the Predictive Control are stated after studying a lot of references.2. The Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) based on the step response of non-variable model is discussed in detail, its three characteristics of predictive model, receding horizon control construction and feedback correction are stated.3. Composition of liquid level control system of multi-capacity object is designed, the advanced DCS is applied in the control system, and the DMC arithmetic technology is applied in the DCS. The paper develops a program to control actual control objects by SCX language, and the parameters of MPC system model are calculated through observing the actual control performances.4. The flow capacity is controlled by frequency inverter. The inverter control the speed of motors through variety of the load, change the traditional immovable speed running to variable frequency speed-adjusting running. The main merits of the technology are high efficiency, save energy and brainpower automation.The study of the project is remarkable for decreasing prime costs, improving the productive, and also provides a necessary way for students to understand modern control theory and ACP theory.
