深圳仙湖数字植物园空间格局分析与制图研究

【摘要】 空间格局的研究是GIS空间分析研究的核心内容之一。空间格局是指空间要素在空间上的排列状况,实质上是其镶嵌结构,它是空间异质性的具体表现,又是各种空间要素不同尺度上作用的结果。空间格局研究的目的是在表面无序的斑块镶嵌的空间中发现潜在的有意义的规律性。 本文以深圳市仙湖植物园所在区域的4幅1:10000的地形图,4幅经正射投影纠正的0.6米分辨率的航片图,及本底调查数据为基础,结合斑块起源、植被及干扰状况划分了三大空间类型。在地理信息系统软件AreInfo的支持下,应用GIS空间分析方法计算了斑块大小、分数维、多样性指标、优势度、破碎度和最小距离指数,分析了仙湖植物园的空间格局。应用GIS的空间分析功能,利用层次分析法对植物园整个空间格局进行了综合评价、对空间要素进行了质量评价。结果表明仙湖植物园空间类型丰富,分布均匀。各类型的多样性指数、均匀度指数较大,破碎度指数、优势度指数较小。 本文所探讨的植物园空间格局的指标和分布规律,为植物园的可持续经营规划及生物多样性保护方案的制定提供了基础。

【Abstract】 Studying spatial patterns is one of the key components in spatial analysis of GIS.Spatial Patterns refers to the arrangement of spatial elements in space, i.e.,the mosaic configuration of spatial elements,which reflects the heterogeneity of spatial and is the result of various spatial elements at various scales.The purpose of spatial pattern studies is to find potentially meaningful rules from seemingly random spatial.Based on 4 terrain map(1: 10000), 4 aerial photographs of 0.6 meters resolution through orthprojection rectity and inventory data,combining vegetation ,disturbance and genesis features,3 spatial types were divided in Shenzhen Fairy Lake Botanical Garden, Guangdong Province.Supported by the GIS software Arclnfo ,the spatial pattern of the region was analyzed and assessed using spatial analysis methods.The indices were calculated such as the size of patches,fractal dimension of patches,diversity,dominance,fragmentation,nearest neighbor index.Applying spatial analysis techniques and AHP methods to assess the comprehensive effect of spatial patterns of Botanic Garden and qualitative effect of spatial elements .The result showed that spatial types of the study area was plentiful and well- distributed.The spatial types has the higher diversity and well-distributed, the lower fragmentation and dominance .This study paved a way for the planning of the sustainable management and the protection of the bio-diversity .
