安徽桂花资源调查及应用研究

Investigation on Resources of Osmanthus Fragrans Cultivars in Anhui Province and Studies on Application

【摘要】 本研究是中国申请桂花品种国际登录权课题的组成部分。桂花原产我国,栽培历史悠久,分布范围广阔,品种资源繁多,栽培经验丰富,是我国十大名花之一,为我国人民所喜爱。围绕着桂花品种的分类和桂花优良品种的开发利用,本论文着重进行了以下几方面的研究:在安徽省进行桂花品种资源及安徽古桂资源调查;对桂花品种进行2年的物候观察并且选择出优良的桂花品种;桂花的扦插繁殖。 经过以上几方面的研究,同时结合前人的研究成果,得出以下结论: (1)对安徽省桂花品种资源进行了调查,共发现并记载36个品种,分属于4个品种群,其中金桂品种群13个品种,银桂品种群10个品种,丹桂品种群8个品种,四季桂品种群5个品种。在36个品种中,其中有8个新品种,编制了各品种群的分类检索表,并对各品种特征一一作了详细的描述和记载。 (2)古桂花树是历史留给我们的宝贵财富,历经百年沧桑,不仅成为人文景观中极为珍贵的特种资源,而且在森林生态、环境保护和遗传种质等方面,都具有很高的科学价值,本文对安徽古桂进行了调查,倡导人们爱护古桂花树,进而更好地研究、利用这些自然界的珍宝。 (3)综合优良园林树种选择标准及观赏性,从闻香、赏形、观色、传神等方面选择出适宜的优良品种,并且为使桂花专类园中花期景观保持相对平衡,开花期保持最佳观赏状态的植株数量比较匀称,对现有品种进行物候观察,根据花期选择出早、中、晚花以及间花品种,初步拟定比例为3.5:3:3:0.5,适当增加早花品种、晚花品种,少量使用间花品种,以弥补各秋桂品种间隔无花时的观赏效果。 (4)通过对桂花四个品种群中金狮桂、早籽银桂、朱砂丹桂、大花佛顶珠在不同季节、不同浓度NAA、IAA、IBA下对各品种桂花进行扦插成活率的研究,结果表明:在这四个品种当中,扦插成活率最高的是大花佛顶珠;三种激素中,IAA效果较好,IBA、NAA效果次之,植物生长激素浓度100ppm的效果优于50ppm浓度,在春夏秋三个季节中,桂花夏季扦插胜于春季和秋季;经过激素处理的桂花品种生根明显优于未用激素处理的品种,扦插后根系生长最好的品种是金狮桂。 最后,针对安徽桂花资源现状,提出建议以更好的对桂花进行开发利用,促进安徽的经济发展。

【Abstract】 This research is a part of the subject of the Application to International Registration Authority of Osmanthus fragrans Cultivars. Osmanthus fragrans is inhered in China , and which has long cultivation, wide distribution, lots of cultivars resources, abundant experiences of cultivation, is one of Chinese ten-traditional flowers, and is beloved by Chinese people. Surrounding with cultivar classification and development and application of Osmanthus fragrans , the main study are launched as follows: Investigation on cultivars resources and ancient trees resources in Anhui province, two years studies on biology characters of each cultivars, stem cuttings of several cultivars.After studying each of above and achievements of precursor, the main and preliminary results are as follows:1 Studying on cultivars resources of osmanthus fragrans in anhui province , 36 cultivars are discussed and classified into four group , among them , 13 in "Leteus Group" , 10 in "Albus Group" , 8 in "Aurantiacus Group" , 5 in "Siji Group". There are 8 new cultivars among all cultivars. Each group is formulated a classification system of cultivars , and characters of each cultivars are described.2 In history, ancient trees of Osmanthus fragrans are our valuable wealth. After centuries influence , ancient trees of Osmanthus fragrans become not only the most valuable resource in human history landscape , but also in forest ecology, environment conservation and inherent genus. After investigation on ancient trees of Osmanthus fragrans , the suggestions which these resources should be protected and taken good advantage of are putted forward.3 In order to keep flowering landscape balance in sweet osmanthus garden , and also keep planting numbers of best-looking states suitable, after two years studies on characters of each cultivar, basing on flowering stage and then the early, middle, terminal, interval cultivars are chosen, preliminary ratios are 3.5:3:3:0.5. In sweet osmanthus garden, increasing early, terminal cultivars suitable, and a little interval cultivars, as a result, which can improve viewing and admiring effect when flowering stages of all autumn division cultivars have a break.4 Using four cultivars, Osmanthus fragrans ’Jinshigui’ , O. fragrans ’Zaozi Yingui’ ,O.fragrans’Zhusha Dangui’ ,O. fragrans ’Dahuafodingzhu’, as test materials, the effects of survival rate of the seedling of them at different concentrations were investigated in different seasons;. The result showed that: among four cultivars , the survival rate of the seedling of O. fragrans ’Dahuafodingzhu’ was the highest one ; the survival rate of the seedling of those stem cuttings , treated with IAA, were best of all, and 100mg/L is better than 50mg/L in the stem cuttings, at last , it pointed out that summer was optimum season.Finally, the questions in the application in Anhui province are summarized , suggestions to make progress in the development and application of Osmanthus fragrans are offered in this paper.
