立式金属带锯床的机械设计与控制系统的研究

【摘要】 切割下料是机械制造业中必不可少的工序。金属带锯床主要用于锯切金属型材,包括圆材、型钢、块料等。金属带锯床具有节能、高效、节材等优点,是大、中、小、型企业理想的金属材料切断设备。金属带锯床分卧式和立式,立式金属带锯机具有敞开性好,结构紧凑、操作方便等优点,相同锯轮直径比卧式锯床锯切尺寸大,可方便锯切块料,非常适合我国现行生产规模和生产条件。该研究旨在设计研究一种立式金属带锯床,这种带锯床可锯切180mm以下的各种金属、非金属材料。研究的方法是从机电一体化系统的角度进行分析研究。机械选型布置与结构设计首先适应控制的要求,其次是为满足加工而设计的独特结构。基于windows操作系统,利用PC机及PLC对金属带锯机进行控制和管理,并采取相应机械结构,即可以实现自动化加工的目的,又提高了金属带锯机的加工精度,适应现代企业自动化加工的要求。用PC作为上位机,PLC为下位机,采用软控制界面,计算机自动在线监控锯切全过程。锯带速度采用变频器进行变频调速控制,锯架进给速度通过调节输出电流的大小改变液压比例流量阀的流量,达到调节速度的目的。锯切的长度精度靠光栅测量反馈比较控制得到。坯料送料夹紧、锯切的夹紧、锯架进给、坯料送进运动利用液压系统完成。锯架进给导向为中间导向加下导向,且为滚动导向,保证了运动的平稳性和灵活性。机械动力学参数主要是锯带速度、锯架进给速度,锯带进给压力,三项力学参数决定着锯切精度和锯带寿命,在设计过程中分析研究了锯带张紧力。被锯切的材料不同,力学参数的匹配值也不同。不同材料的力学参数的匹配值,通过历史记录数据,进行优化选择。控制界面用VB语言编写,VB本身提供了串行端口控件Mscomm来为应用程序提供串行通讯。切削数据采用Microsoft Access数据库管理系统进行分析管理。立式金属带锯床的机械设计和控制系统的研究提高了锯切精度,实现了无人监控操作,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率,适应锯床全数控化、网络化的需要,具有很好推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 The sawing and cutting is the absolutely necessary working procedure in the mechanical manufacturing. The metal band-sawing machine is mainly used to saw and cut the metal material including round material, profiled bar and lump bar etc. The metal band-sawing machine have the virtue of saving energy, high efficiency and saving material, which is the perfect metal material severing equipment for big, medium and small enterprise. It includes horizontal and upright, the latter have many virtue including the good opening, compact structure and convenient operation etc. The same sawing diameter saw can cut more big dimension and more convenient operation than the horizontal, which adapt to Chinese producing scale and condition. The purpose of the research is to design a upright metal band-sawing machine, which can saw and cut any kind of the metal and nonmetal material below 180 millimeter. The method of the research is based on the Mechanical & Electrical Integration .The disposal of machinery part and the structural design should firstly adapt to the request of central ,secondly is designed the special structure to be satisfied with the process . People often base on the windows operating system ,utilize PC and PLC to control and manage the metal band-sawing machine , and adopt the relevant mechanical structure ,which may not only carry out the purpose of auto-processing and enhance the processing precision of the metal band-sawing machine but also adapt to the CIMS system of enterprise and the auto-processing request of modern enterprise .If people use PC as the pigging and PLC as the hypogyny and soft control interface , the computer may automatically inspect and control the process of sawing and cutting .The sawing strip adopts the universe to control the transducer speed .The sawing frame achieves the adjusting speed purpose through the electronic current adjustment of the output .We obtain the length precision of sawing and cutting from the optical grating measurement feedback .The clamping of the feeding blank and the saw cutting are completed by hydraulic pressure system, so is the feed of sawing frame and the feeding movement of the blank . The feeding guide of the sawing frame is the middle guide with down guide, it is also rolling guide ,which pledged the equability and agility of the movement. The speed of the sawing strip, the feeding speed of the sawing frame and the feeding pressure of the sawing strip are the main parameter of the mechanical dynamics, which decide the saw cutting precision and the service of the sawing strip. Beside ,we analyze and study the strain of the sawing strip .The matching value of the mechanic parameter depends on the saw-cited material .The matching value of the mechanic parameter of different material is optimized through the data which is recorded as history.It’s controlling interface designed by VB, which provided the serial port widget : Mscomm.. It is used to provide serial port communication for application .The cutting data is analyzed and managed by Microsoft Access database management system.. The mechanical design and the study of controlling system part of the upright metal band-sawing machine enhance the saw cutting precision ,it can operate without supervision while reduced the labor intensity and raise the working efficiency ,it meet the needs of the total numerical control and network trend as well as possessed highly application and dissemination value.
