基于虚拟仪器的气力输送试验装置测控系统研究

【摘要】 气力输送已经在工农业生产过程中得到了广泛的应用,其参数主要有气流速度、浓度比、能耗指标等。确定合理的运行参数是气力输送系统设计的重要内容,常规测量方式是利用传统的仪表仪器和人工方法。本课题采用集虚拟仪器技术、传感器技术、计算机技术于一体的现代动态测控方法,实现气力输送试验装置参数的自动测试。 本课题将虚拟仪器技术应用到气力输送系统中,进行了气力输送运行参数自动检测和分析系统的硬件和软件设计。硬件设计在分析气力输送试验装置参数的各种测试方法的基础上,选用压差传感器、扭矩传感器、数据采集板等检测各试验参数数据,利用变频调速器、可控硅等执行机构实现试验工况的自动调控。软件以LabWindows/CVI为开发平台,采用模块化设计方法实现采集信号的实时显示,试验数据的自动分析处理,并应用软测量法实现固气浓度比的神经网络预测。 气力输送试验装置测控系统的试验结果表明:系统能自动采集气力输送的运行参数信号,对检测到的信号进行自动分析处理,显示参数间的关系曲线。系统软件通过试验优化统计分析能向用户提供各参数间的二次正交旋转回归方程,进一步采用优化算法得出最佳运行参数。虚拟仪器测控软件的图形化界面友好,可扩展性强,易维护,成本低廉,将有力地推动气力输送领域的理论研究和应用发展。

【Abstract】 Pneumatic conveying has been widely used in agricultural and industrial production, the parameters of which are air velocity, solid-to-air ratio and energy consumption. Determination of choosing rational parameters is the central content on pneumatic conveying system design. Conventional measurement of these parameters usually be carried out by hand with traditional apparatus. On the contrary, modern dynamic measure and control method unite virtual instrument technology, sensor technology and computer technology, employed in this paper. An automatic measurement system is developed on pneumatic conveying experimental rig.Hardware and software is designed for automatic measurement and analysis system by applied virtual instrument to pneumatic conveying system. Differential pressure transducer, torque sensor, data acquisition cards are used to measure the parameters in hardware design based on the analysis of all kinds of measure methods of parameters. Frequency inverter and controlled silicon are utilized to automatically control experimental states. LabWindows/CVI is developing platform of software, which utilizes design method of module to show acquired signal on real-time, analyze data automatically, perform data processing and predict solid-to-air ratio by neuron network soft-sensor method.The results of experiment on pneumatic conveying experimental rig show: the parameters signal of pneumatic conveying system can be automatically acquired and analyzed in the developed measurement and control system. The curve of relationship among the parameters can be displayed also. System can provide users with orthogonal quadratic regression rotary equation of parameters by statistic analysis. Furthermore, software can give optimal parameters by optimization algorithm. The software of measurement and control system has friendly interface, great extensibility, easy maintenance and low cost. The system can promote the theoreticalresearch and application in the field of pneumatic conveying.
