生态城市用地扩展研究——以浙江省金华市为例

【摘要】 人类文明的发展史实际上是人类改变自然、创造适合自我生存空间的历史。城市是人类文明发展史的聚焦，也是人类改变自然的集中地。随着现代城市的发展，城市的许多问题也应运而生，其中生态问题最为引人瞩目。在全球范围特别是我国，生态问题日益严重，生态安全形势不容乐观。局部地区生态系统的破坏已经制约了其社会经济的发展，而且在未来将危及区域和全球的可持续发展。特别是在高度发达的城市区域，自然生态系统已经完全被破坏，人工、半自然的生态系统取而代之，其生态安全研究则显得更为重要。生态城市是一种符合可持续发展理念的未来城市发展理想模式，是城市发展应对生态危机、保障生态安全、实现城市可持续发展的最佳途径。本文以金华市建设生态城市目标作为研究出发点，从生态安全角度分析金华市城市用地扩展存在的问题，目的是为金华市生态城市建设寻求合理的城市用地扩展战略。 文中首先总结了国内外对生态城市和城市用地扩展的理论方法及研究进展，为进行区域实证研究提供理论基础，并构建了PSR研究基础框架；然后对金华市近十多年土地利用变化和城市用地扩展进行总体评价，分析了城市用地扩展的驱动力及其生态安全影响机制；接着从结构、功能和协调度三个方面对2002年金华市生态城市建设水平进行了评价，证实了城市用地扩展及其生态安全问题对金华生态城市总体水平的影响；以此为依据，运用PSR-AHP综合评价法进行金华城市用地扩展的生态安全水平评价。最后，提出了维护金华市生态城市建设用地扩展生态安全的具体对策和综合对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The phylogeny of human society civilization is the history of human beings making nature change and creating suitable living space for themselves. Urban is focal area of the human society civilization phylogeny, and also is the central area of human beings make nature change. Many problems arise with the development of modern cities, the ecological problem is the main subject. It becomes more and more sever and the ecological security trend isn’t optimism in the world, especially in China. Some local area ecosystem destory has imperiled to the development of economy, and will endanger the sustainable development of local area or the wolrd in future. Particullaly in high-level cities, the natural ecosystem has been destoryed and replaced compeletly by man-made or half-natural ecosystem, so the study of ecological security is becoming more important. As an ideal model will make sustainable urban development come true, eco-city is the best way which can help us to confront with ecological problems, guarantee the ecological security and at last accomplish it’s own sustainable development. The paper take the target of the eco-city construction in Jinhua city as the starting point, to probe the problem in urban land use expansion from the ecological security, and to find some strategies for the land use expansion of eco-city construction in Jinhua.To provide the powerful theory sustainment and technic support, the paper generalizes the theory in eco-city and urban land use expansion fields in detail, and put forwards the new Pressure-State-Response(PSR) frame of this study. Then based on the overall estimate of the land use change and urban land use expansion in the near decade, the mechanism of urban land use expansion driving forces and the ecological security impacts is analyzed. The paper thirdly evaluates the eco-city construction level from the structure function and harmony three aspects, and the evaluation result reflects that the urban land use expansion and ecological security problems affect its general level. Finally, the paper takes the eco-city level as evidence, the status of urban land use expansion ecological security in Jinhua was evaluated by PSR-AHP comprehensive evaluation method. On the base of final evaluation facts, the study brings forth the detailed countermeasures and general countermeasures to maintain the eco-city construction land use expansion ecological security.更多还原
