【摘要】 随着木材资源的日益匮乏和人们环保意识的增强，传统形式的家具和现代家具很难满足人们现代生活的需求，所以，开发新形式的家具就显得非常必要了。几种材料复合的家具是将来家具发展趋势，国内外都在着手研究，而以竹材和木材为主要原料的复合家具形式和工艺尚未系统报道。竹材和木材均为自然的可再生材料，都易于加工、且容易结合在一起。就我国森林资源看，木材资源短缺，竹材资源丰富。所以，如何充分利用竹材，如何把竹材和木材结合起来应用到家具工业上是中国家具业面临的重要课题。本文对竹木家具进行了较为全面的系统的研究。 本课题主要从以下几个方面进行系统的研究： 1、在广泛科学调研的基础上，对我国将来的家具发展趋势，竹木家具开发研究的可行性进行剖析。 2、对竹木家具的开发设计原则、造型形式和特点以及家具的类型进行系统的研究。 3、在前人的研究基础上，对竹木家具的适用材料和竹木家具的防虫防蛀处理及其配方进行了概括总结。 4、对竹木家具的结构、传统工艺和现代生产方式及其装饰技法进行了探索。研究了三个主要品类竹木家具的生产工艺流程，为竹木家具现代化生产提供了新的思路。 5、对竹木家具新产品开发进行了深入的研究，并且开发出几个品类的新型竹木家具。 本研究的特色之处在于传统工艺和现代加工技术的完美结合，创造全新的竹木家具形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 With lacking of natural resources of wood and increasing of idea of environmental protection of people, there is necessary to explore the new furniture for people, because people are not satisfied with the traditional and modern furniture. In the future, there is a tendency towards developing the furniture, which is made of the several materials, to be explored in many countries. At the same time, some people are beginning to explore it in china. However, there have not systematical reports or researches on the furniture of bamboo and wood. Both bamboo and wood are natural and regenerative materials, are processed very easily and are perfectly combined to each other. As for forest of our country is concerned, China is rich in bamboo resources and is short in wood resources. Therefore, how to improve the bamboo’s usage level and how to use bamboo and wood in the modern furniture at the same time is an important task to the furniture industry in China. This paper focuses on the research of bamboo-wood furniture systematically.The main research on this paper are as follows:1. Based on comprehensive investigation, research was done on the tendency of our furniture development and the possibility of exploring of Bamboo-wood furniture.2. Systematical research was done on the design principle, categories and characteristic of bamboo-wood furniture.3. Based on ancient research, this paper summarized proper useful material, waterproofing and prescription which was used to protect against insect pest of bamboo-wood furniture.4. Research was done on material, structure, traditional craft, modern manufacturing and decoration of bamboo-wood furniture, and manufacturing process of three main kinds of them was found. These efforts offer a new idea for bamboo-wood furniture’s modernizing manufacture.5. Research was done on new product development, and design projects were achieved.In this research, there have special characteristic which is the perfect combination on the traditional craft and modern manufacturing skill at the same time.
