株洲市城市林业发展规划研究

【摘要】 城市林业作为可持续发展林业的一个分支，是生态化、社会化、综合化的林业，其主要功能是为城市的持续发展提供生态屏障作用，满足市民对城市生态环境不断增长的需要。为此，必须大力发展市域林带、城市林区、森林公园或自然保护区以及防护林等城市生态公益林。以期建立起“城市绿色生态圈”，实现“城乡一体化”，维护和发展城市生态大系统。 本论文综述了国内外城市林业建设与发展规划的研究现状与趋势。以株洲市城市林业为研究对象，以城市林业的理论基础为指导，结合株洲市自然地理、社会环境与经济发展水平，对株洲市城市林业建设与规划发展做如下几点探索。 (1)全面分析了株洲市城市绿地资源布局现状，以及城市森林生态环境服务功能，并与国内外同等城市作了相应的比较，阐述了城市林业建设发展的基本条件。 (2)依据株洲城市林业建设背景，以及发展城市林业的优势和劣势，结合市政府、市委、市政协等关于城市林业发展规划的重大举措，确定了城市林业发展目标与战略重点。 (3)论述了城市林业发展规划的理论基础，依据现代城市林业发展规划理念，确定了株洲市城市林业规划原则。 (4)在规划原则的指导下，重点对城市森林生态、绿地系统，森林旅游活动系统，森林资源保护系统，森林资源监测系统、城市林业建设管理系统以及城市林业建设发展保障体系做了较为详细的发展规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban forestry is a branch of the forestry of sustainable development, and the forestry of socialization and systemization. Its major function is to offer ecological protective screen role for the continued development of city, satisfy resident’s continuously increased needs for city ecological environment Therefore, must develop the city ecological forests of public welfare such as city region forest belt, city forest zone, forest park or nature reserve as well as shelter-forest vigorously. In order to establish " green ecological circle ", realize " the unifinication of town and country " , defend and develop city ecological big system.This paper summary present situation and tendency of city the domestic and international forestry research . Taking Zhuhzou city forestry as research, guided by the theoretical foundation of city forestry , combining natural geography ,the social environmental and level of economic growth ,Study construction and program of Zhuzhou urban forestry as following:(l)Have completely analyzed present situation of resource layout of green land , as well as the service function of city forest ecological environment, and have made corresponding comparison with domestic and international city, have elaborated the basic condition of city forestry construction development.(2) Basing the background of Zhuzhou forestry construction and its inferior position and advantage , combining significant move of municipal government, municipal Party committee and municipal administration on Zhuzhou urban forestry, have determined the goal and strategic focal point of Zhuzhou urban forestry.(3) Having discussed the theoretical foundation of program, according to opinions of modern urban forestry, have determined program principle of Zhuzhou urban forestry.(4) With the guidance in program principle, make relatively detailed ammunition program on urban forest ecosystem, the system of green land, travel campaign system, forest resource protection system, forest resource inspection system, urban forestry management system and urban forestry insurance system.更多还原
