回转体成形件模具三维CAD系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 回转体成形件在机电行业中应用相当广泛,其成形工艺和模具结构都比较典型。本文通过对回转体成形件模具设计传统方法的分析,提出了利用相关软件在微机上开发冲模CAD系统的方法。本文在Windows环境下,以三维设计软件Solid Edge为平台,AutoCAD进行二维图形处理,采用Access进行数据管理,以Visual Basic为编程语言,综合运用了DAO技术、ActivX Automation技术、特征技术和变量表技术等开发了回转体成形件模具三维CAD系统。 回转体成形件模具三维CAD系统包括系统运行管理程序(主控程序)、产品信息输入模块、工艺计算分析模块、模具结构设计模块、图形输出模块及专用数据库和图形库等几个模块。该系统可实现以下功能:(1)根据用户输入的产品相关信息进行冲压工艺性分析;(2)自动进行各项工艺计算;(3)与用户交互进行模具工艺方案设计;(4)用户可在模具结构设计向导的提示下,在三维环境中完成模具零部件的设计和模具装配设计;(5)参数化绘制冲模标准零件和标准模架;(6)用户可应用系统内部的工程图样板文件快速输出模具零件图和装配图。(7)系统具有Windows界面的同一风格,可视化程度高,便于用户操作。此外,本文提出的三维装配模型参数化设计思想可推广至系列产品的模具结构设计中,用户可参数化驱动典型模具结构并在此基础上进行模具结构的变形设计。 回转体成形件模具三维CAD系统是一个专用性强、适应于中、小企业的模具设计软件,而且,本系统的研制大大提高了回转体成形件模具设计的效率,为增强企业的竞争力提供了良好的技术保障。

【Abstract】 The revolving parts are widely used in machinery and power-generating equipments. The stamping technology and die structure are typical. By means of analysis of the traditional method of the die design of the revolving parts, the paper put forward the method of the development of stamping die CAD system by use of relevant software in computer. The development of the three demension die CAD system of the revolving parts uses DAO, ActiveX Automation. Feature and Variables table technologies. It works under the surroundings of Windows, and uses Solide Edge as its platform, Visual Basic as its program language, AutoCAD to process two demesion graph, Access to manage data.The system includes the main controling program, the module of product imformation input, the module of the technological calculation and analysis, the module of the design of die structure, the module of graph-output, and special database and graph libarary. The functions of the system are, (1) the analysis of the stamp and punch technological characteristic based on the relevant input information by users, (2) the aotomation caculation of all kinds of techologies, (3) the design of the die technological scheme between users and computer, (4) the design of the die parts and assembly in three demension surroundings with the help of the guide of the die structure design, (5)the parameterized drawing of the stamping standard parts and die sets, (6)the rapid output of the drawings of the die parts and assembly by use of the internal engineering sample files of the system, (7)the same style of windows and high visualization and convienet operation. In addition, the design idea of the parameterization of three demension assembly put forward by the paper can be applied to the die structure design of a series of products, users can also drive the typical die structure by parameterization and perform the deforming design of the die structure.The system has the feature of high specialization and can be adapted to the die design of the middle and small enterprises. The development of the system can improve the efficiency of the die design and can supply the good technological conditions for enhancement thecompetition ability of the enterprises.
