广州市城市林业建设构架研究

【摘要】 观代人聚居的城市,是一个以人为主体构成的生态系统,也是一个最不完善的生态系统。城市森林作为城市生态系统的初级生产者,对于改善城市环境质量、保障城市系统的可持续发展具有重要作用。依据“城市度”的变化,城市森林一股区分为市区森林、近郊森林和远郊森林三个部分,每个部分因其特定结构对城市活动产生不同的功能效应。现代城市的发展必须有一种崭新的绿色观念,开创以城市林业为标志的“绿色文化”。城市林业是研究城市森林生态系统的一门综合性的边缘学科,它也是一项为城市服务的行业,以便为城市居民提供安全的生态环境和创造社会效益。其建设目标是将森林引入城市,使城市坐落在森林中,改善城市生态环境,维护城市生态平陌,美化城市生态环境,提高居民生活质量。 本文从以城市林业作为研究对象,阐述了城市林业的基本概念,分析了城市林业的性质和特点,比较了国内外城市林业的发展状况,并按照城市林业建设的理论体系和内在规律,结合近十年来广东省城市林业建设取得的成效,根据广州市城市林业建设的实际情况和目标要求,对该市的城市林业建设作了比较详尽的规划。论文将广州市城区、近郊区、远郊区的城市森林生态体系的构建放在突出的地位加以强调,在对城市林业建设总体规划作了较为客观描述的同时,从指导思想、目标体系、技术要点等方面进行了较为充分的研究。在城市林业体系的规划中,作者引入了森林生态学原理和城市景观学理论,始终强调城市林业的可持续发展以及人与自然的协调。同时,论文也从管理者的角度对将来广州市城市林业建设的实施作了分析,将各功能模块进行了细化,强调了城市林业的各支撑体系和管理信息系统在城市林业体系建设中的作用,客观评价了城市林业给城市带来的巨大的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益。在技术手段上,本文将“3S”(地理信息系统、全球定位系统、遥感)技术纳入城市林业的建设中,结合计算机技术和信息网络技术,实现真正意义上的广州市城市森林生态系统的科学化、一体化和动态化管理。 我们期望通过对城市林业的系统研究,结合广州市的具体情况,将该市范围内外的林地、景区、绿地和其他旷地(open space)建成互相呼应、互相关联,适合城市环境、改善城市环境的绿地系统。为维护广州市城市林业的可持续发展,保持森林城市生态效益、社会效益、经济效益三者的平衡以及人与自然的协调做出应有的贡献。

【Abstract】 The city, where modern people inhabited, is an ecosystem that is composed of human being but not a perfect one. As the elementary producer in the city ecosystem, city forestry plays an important role in the improvement and protection of the sustainable development of city environment. According to the change of ’city degree’ , city forestry usually can be divided into three parts, urban district forest, suburban forest and outer suburbs. Due to certain structure of each part, the functional effects are different. The development of modern city needs a newly green ideology, that is to consider city forestry as a sign to develop a green culture. City forestry, which studies on city forestry ecosystem, is a borderline, comprehensive discipline. It is also a service trade of the city, which supplies the citizens with a safe ecological environment and creates social benefit. The purpose of city forestry construction is to introduce the forest into the city, which can make the city feel like locating in a forest. It can help the city to improve and beautify the ecological environment, maintain the city ecological equilibrium and heighten the quality of people’ s life.Taking the city forestry as the research target, the essay expounds the basic concepts of the city forestry, analyzes the quality and characteristic of the city forestry, and compares the development situation of internal city forestry with abroad. What’ s more, combined with the effect having achieved by Guangdong Province, especially in Guangzhou city, in recent ten years, the essay has made a detailed plan of the city forestry in Guangzhou city. It will put the emphasis on the construction of the city forestry ecological system in urban district, suburban, and outer suburbs. While making a comparative description to the city forestry construction, the essay also does research on the guiding thought, target system and technical point. In the plan of city forestry system, the author uses forestry ecology theory and urban landscape theory to underline the sustainable development of city forestry and coordination between human being and nature. Meanwhile, the essay also analyzes the future implement of Guangzhou’ s city forestry construction from the point of management. It details each functional model and puts stress on the function of many related systems of city forestry and the management information system in city forestry construction. Linking with the computer technology and information network technology, the essay uses ’3s’ technology (geographical information system, remote sensing and global position system) in the city forestry construction, which accomplishes the combination of science, integration and trends in Guangzhou’ s city forestry ecosystem.Through the systematic research on city forestry and the combination with the specific circumstances of Guangzhou city, we hope that we can connect the forest, landscape, grassland and other open space of the inner city with the outer city to fit the city environment and improve the grassland system, which can maintain the sustainable development of Guangzhou’ s city forestry, and balance the ecological benefit, social benefit, economical benefit and adjustment between human being and nature.
