广州市松材线虫病管理信息系统研建

【摘要】 松材线虫病是影响森林健康的主要因素之一。松材线虫病管理信息系统的研建对有效控制松材线虫害危害,保证林木的健康生长,巩固造林绿化成果,促进生态环境建设,充分发挥森林的生态、经济、社会效益有着重要的意义。随着空间信息技术的发展,作为地球空间信息核心技术--“3S”技术也正发展和完善。在松材线虫病管理信息系统中,应用“3S”技术具有广泛的研究前景。该系统建立在松材线虫病信息网络管理平台的基础上,综合运用了“3S”技术、网络技术、虚拟仿真技术,实现了松材线虫病信息的集成化管理。 林业从计划经济向市场经济转轨,信息管理的方式方法和技术手段都发生了变化,松材线虫病管理信息系统以广州市松材线虫病为管理对象,分析了松材线虫病的特点,比较了国内外对松材线虫病管理信息系统研究的发展状况,利用现代科学技术、航空录像技术提供的信息手段,在管理目标约束下,对广州市松材线虫病管理信息系统等问题进行了如下研究。 (1)论述了建立广州市松材线虫病管理信息系统的可行性,指出了建立该系统的理论基础和技术基础,构建了广州市松材线虫病管理信息系统的体系框架。 (2)通过航空录像获得航片信息,GPS技术采集地面信息,实现了实时获得松材线虫病的属性数据和空间数据功能。 (3)经过数据分析,监测松材线虫孳生地的分布以及松材线虫导致的森林损失情况、灾害程度分级,设计最佳的防治计划和最优防治路线。 (4)建立了适合广州市松材线虫病生命系统模型,对广州市松材线虫病发生、传播、迁移、扩散动态过程进行模拟,并建立相应的灾情损失评估模型,比较模型模拟得到的数据与实际调查得到的资料,对模型模拟结果进行评价。 (5)运用GIS的技术优势,根据松材线虫病发生和防治数据、松树资源及监测信息、气象信息等因素进行综合分析,应用灰色系统理论等预测预报模型实现对不同区域、不同时期发生和危害情况的松材线虫病的预测预报。 (6)研制了基于“3S”技术的广州市松材线虫病管理信息系统,构成了整体的、实时的和动态的松材线虫病的发生发展状态的监测、防治、预测预报系统,从而及时、有针对性的实现了松材线病的综合治理。 松材线虫病管理信息系统的集成是一个综合的概念,它需要应用信息技术等多种高新技术。本系统采用ArcGIS8.2作为地理信息平台,采用面向对象的设计方法,以Visual Foxpro 6.0、PowerBuilder 8.0为开发工具。后台采用ORACLE 9数据库,前端采用Windows 2000 Professional操作系统。
