论中小学综合实践活动课程中德育要素的整合

【摘要】 通过设计和实施综合实践活动课程,培养学生的综合实践能力,已成为当今世界各国基础教育课程改革的共同趋势。从2001年起,依据《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》,我国部分中小学开设了综合实践活动课程。但从目前实施的情况来看,还没有充分发挥其课程价值和育人功能。究其原因,我们在设计与实施综合实践活动课程时,未对蕴涵其中的德育要素进行合理架构和科学整合是一个重要因素。本文以国家新一轮课程改革的基本精神为指导,运用现代教育理论,结合中小学综合实践活动课程和德育实践的实际,论述了对中小学综合实践活动课程中德育要素进行整合的必要性,因为这不仅是课程目标追求的价值取向,也是综合实践活动课程各活动领域实施的必然要求,还是提高学校德育工作针对性、实效性的有力保障。在此基础上,分析了当前我国中小学综合实践活动课程实施过程中出现的令人可喜的成绩和存在的问题。提出了在综合实践活动课程中进行德育要素整合的有效策略:教育力量的整合、自我教育力量的整合、德育内容的整合、德育方法的整合。强调用整体的观点来把握德育,用整合的方法来实施课程,以实现课程的人文价值,提高学校德育的实效。

【Abstract】 It is a widespread tendency of the curriculum reform of elementary education in many countries to train the students’ integrative practical abilities through the curriculum of the integrative practical activities. Since 2001 some primary and high schools in our country have arranged the curriculum of integrative practical activities in accordance with the Trial Programme of Elementary Education Curriculum Reform. However, up till now, the value of the curriculum and its educational function have not been brought into full play. In my opinion, the reason mainly lies in the failure of integrating the moral education elements when the curriculum of integrative practical activities is designed and carried out.Guided by the basic principle of our country’s new curriculum reform and based on modern education theories and some authentic examples, this paper discusses the necessity of integrating the moral education elements in the curriculum of integrative practical activities. Integrating the moral education elements is not only the objective and demand of the curriculum but also the guarantee to improve the effect of moral education in schools. My paper also analyses the exhilarating achievements and the existing problems in carrying out the curriculum of integrative practical activities in primary and high schools in our country. Some effective measures of integrating the moral education elements in the curriculum of integrative practical activities are proposed such as integrating the educational force, the self-teaching abilities, the contents and the methods of moral education into the curriculum. From the holistic view, we can realize the social value of the curriculum and improve the effect of moral education by curriculums of integrative practical activities.
