【摘要】 健美操自80年代传入我国以来得到了迅猛发展，大众健美操开展得如火如荼，竞技健美操在世界大赛中取得历史性的突破。竞技健美操为非奥运项目，国家不投资，要使该项目保持良好的发展势头，走社会化道路才是可持续发展的根本。然而健美操界还没有对此进行专门的研究，故本课题主要对竞技健美操社会化途径进行初步研究。 本研究采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑推理法、数理统计法，了解我国竞技健美操运动的发展道路，分析我国竞技健美操运动社会化的环境，提出走社会化道路的具体途径，探讨社会化途径中存在的问题，探索解决问题的对策，以期为我国竞技健美操职能管理部门提供理论参考。 本研究结果表明： 竞技健美操运动社会化：全社会参与、重视、支持竞技健美操运动的发展，即由社会来办竞技健美操运动；主要包括组织管理社会化、训练社会化、竞赛社会化、投资社会化方面。 竞技健美操组织管理尚未社会化，中心宏观管理，协会具体办事。规范各省的管理组织，形成具有中国特色的协会制，以实现组织管理的社会化。 竞技健美操运动训练完全社会化。学校和训练基地是我国竞技健美操训练的主要途径，行业体协是训练社会化的有益补充途径，俱乐部是训练社会化的趋势。 竞技健美操运动竞赛准社会化，通过提高比赛质量、利用媒体、组织好观众、走市场化运作方式，吸引社会、集体、个人关注竞赛，以实现竞赛的社会化。 竞技健美操运动投资社会化，利用社会自治模式和产业经营模式实现投资的社会化，积极争取国家投资，努力扩大社会投资。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aerobics has achieved a rapid development from overseas to China since 1980’ s, the popular aerobics is like a raging fire now and the athletic aerobics has also made a historic breakthrough in recent years. The athletic aerobics is not an Olympic item, and the fund isn’ t invested by our government, so the way to socialization is essential for continuous development if the good trend is kept. However, the special research hasn’ t been engaged in this field in aerobics group. Therefore an inifial research will be carried on for the socialization’ s way of athletic aerobics in the task.Many methods of research will be adopted in the study such as document and material, visit and conversation , questionaire and investigation ,logic and speculation, mathematical ,and statistics .A theory reference will be provided for the related aerobics department of our nation by comprehending the road of development of athletic aerobics in our country and analyzing the socialization’ s environment of athletic aerobics and putting forward the concrete ways for socialization and approaching the existed questions in the way and probing the way to deal with a situation for solving questions.The results of research indicate:The implication of socialization of athletic aerobics is athletic aerobics which faces society , the whole of people attach importance to it and participate in it ,including organization , train socialization , contest socialization and investment socialization.The organization aerobics has not been achieved socialization and contral macroscopic management and concrete work of association standarding an association system possessedChina feature , which will realize the socialization of orginization .The train of athletic aerobics gets into socialization. School and train bases and main ways for training in our athletic aerobics , the sports associations of industry are beneficial ways for replenishing , and clubs are the trend of socialization for training . The contest of athletic aerobics is approaching to socialization .The socialization of contest will be achieved by way of raising the quality of match ,using medium organizing speltators , depending on the pattern of market ,attracting society and collectiveness and individual to concern contest.The investment of athletic aerobics approaches to socialization, which can be brought about through the model ,of society’ s self-government and industrial operation , and striving for investment of nation actively to social investment as soon as possible.更多还原
