【摘要】 历史上，扬雄是一位颇受争议的学者，因其曾经仕莽，故人品多遭非议，并由此祸及其辞赋的研究与评价，又因其好模拟，故人多忽视其在模拟中所作的超越与创新。 本文在先期研究扬雄所处时代特点、扬雄与王莽之关系及扬雄的人生形态基础上，力图准确把握他所生活的时代环境和他性格的基本特征。然后将其辞赋作品置于他那个时代中，并从他的性格特点出发进行考察。运用对比研究的方法，注重具体文本的分析和解读，分别从其辞赋的思想内容、艺术手法和文学理论等三个方面进行研究，认为其在模拟的基础上多有创新。 全文共分为三章： 第一章：扬雄辞赋思想内容研究，分为三节：一、通过原作与拟作的对比，指出扬雄在辞赋思想内容方面所作的创新和超越；二、从扬雄模拟经传的行为分析他的理性超越精神；三、指出扬雄辞赋思想内容具有情理并重的特点。 第二章：扬雄辞赋艺术研究，分为三节：一、研究扬雄辞赋讽谏艺术；二、研究扬雄辞赋多样化的表现手法；三、研究扬雄辞赋结构、语言特点。 第三章：扬雄文论与其辞赋创作之关系，分为二节：一、从扬雄不同时期辞赋观的发展变化看其对辞赋创作的影响；二、扬雄“文质副称论”对其辞赋创作的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yangxiong is a controversial scholar in Chinese history for his works in Wangmang’s empire, Even which affected the study and the appraisal of his poetry afterwards.The scholars in the past time usually ignore his transcendence and innovations in his imitated works.The author makes efforts to get the main characters of his age circumstances and characteristics accurately on the basis of analysis of his times, the relationship between Wangmang and Yangxiong, Yangxiong’s life fashion. In the background of his poetry’s writting, the author study his poetry by his characteristics.The author thinks his poetry have lots of innovations by studying them on the basis of contrast and text analysis. The thesis consists of 3 chapters:Chapter 1: The study on Yangxiong’s poetry’s thoughts which consists of 3 parts:1. To represent the transcendence and innovations in his poetry ’s thoughts by contrast between his amitated poetry and the originals.2. To analyse his rational transcendence spirits by his imitated poetry of Confucianist classics works and their interpretations.3. To point out that there is an emphasis on feelings and rational in Yangxiong’s poetry.Chapter 2: The study on Yangxiong’s poetry characters which consists of 3 parts:1.
