【摘要】 经过20多年的改革开放，我国社会主义市场经济已进入一个新阶段，并保持持续、快速、健康的发展势头。但农业的发展相对滞后，其出路在于推进农业企业的产业化经营，通过资本运营，获得资金、技术、管理、市场等短缺要素，以建立现代企业的公司制度机制和经营管理方式为基础，加强内部管理型资本运营，进行更有效率的外部交易型资本运营。 本文首先阐述了进行农业企业资本运营的经济及社会意义，总结国内外学者关于资本运营的主要论述；接着介绍了资本运营的基本理论；对农业企业资本运营的现状进行了分析；然后从产业定位、龙头企业、筹资与投资、组织与管理、技术创新、企业家队伍、品牌经营、政策支持等八个方面，分别以基础论、平台论、途径论、依托论、动力论、核心论、实现论、环境论为内容论述了农业企业资本运营的优化途径；最后对湖南8家农业上市公司进行分析，指出农业企业资本运营的方向，并概括结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 After over 20 years of reformation and opening , China sees its socilist market economy entering a new period with lasting , fast and steady speed . However , agricultrue increases slowly . The solution relys on Agricultral Enterprises’ Industilization , which through capital operation , including strengthening interal-management and carrying forward more efficient external-transaction , and operation based on morden-enterprise-system , to gain such lack factors as funds , technology , management and market etc.The article firstly elaborated the economic and social importance of capital operation in agricultral enterprises , summarized the main treatises domestically and abroad about this subject . Then , it intorduced the basic theories and analysed the present situation . Subsequently , the author cxprounded the capital operation’s Basis , Level , Methods,Dependence , Impetus , Kernel , Materialization and Environment relevantly with industry Chosen , Leading enterprise , Raising and Investment , Organization and Management , Technology innovation , Managers , Brand-operation and Supporting policies . At last , the author pointed out the directions to the agricultral enterprises’ capital operation based on the analysis of 8 companies stock-in-exchange of Hunan province , and made a summary to the article.Directed by Professor Zengfusheng更多还原
