【摘要】 从我国种子产业的现状分析，我国种子产业规模较大，基础雄厚，走上了经营多元化和集团化，管理法制化的良性发展道路。根据其规模，我国种子企业可划分为巨型、大型、中型、小型和微型五大类型。大型种业企业已经具有品牌优势明显，业绩提高较快，地域渗透加速等特点，同时也存在种子质量状况不平衡、内部质量管理难度大、对种子质量要求不严，种子质量事故时有发生等问题。分析其原因主要是在规模扩张、领域扩大的过程中，对种子质量的认识不足，相应的技术力量跟不上，尤其是种子质量体系不健全。本文提出了建立种子质量管理的新思路和内部质量管理体系的对策。我国大型种业公司建立科学内部质量管理体系主要包括5个子体系。即：1、公司内部质量监督保证体系；2、公司内部机构和人员队伍体系；3、公司售后跟踪服务体系；4、公司内部技术保障体系； 5、公司种子质量认证体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analysis of business of seed industry in China showed that the industry is stepping into the favorable stage of the large scale, good foundation, multiple business, grouping and lawful regulation and that the seed enterprises can be divided into five classes gigantic, big, medium, small and mini-type on the basis of their business scale. The gigantic or big enterprises are characterized by clear brand superiority, rapidly expanding business and accelerating region invasion and reveal the problems of unequal product quality, difficult internal quality control, lenient quality requirement and occasional seed quality accidents. The reasons for these problems may be delayed knowledge of seed quality, poor technical supports and especially underdeveloped seed quality system. And therefore, a new system and its corresponding management measures of seed quality control were proposed. The system of internal quality management in the big seed enterprises should establish 5 sub-systems, i.e., internal supervision and warranty, departments and personnel, sales and service, technical support and guarantee, and seed quality certification sub-system.更多还原
