【摘要】 临武是中国未来三大柑橘产业带之一的赣南-湘南-桂北柑橘带的主要产区之一，其得天独厚的气候条件、优越的区位和交通优势、丰富的土地和水资源以及水果产业的经济、生态和社会效益，决定了临武因地制宜发展水果，尤其是脐橙种植，对有效实现农业增效、农民增收具有重要的作用。 为配合国家柑橘优势产业带的建设，2002年以来，临武突出以脐橙开发为主，走产业化经营之路，规划发展脐橙面积6.67千公顷，经过一年的开发已达到333.3公顷规模。临武水果正按照生态区划、品质区划的要求，选择最适生态区，充分利用本县生态和自然资源的比较优势，优化区域布局，选择市场定位及发展前景广阔的脐橙，以产业化的经营思路，早丰优的技术路线，“猪-沼-果”的开发模式，市场化的运作机制，以规模优势和特色产品抢占市场。 本文通过对国内外柑橘产业和临武的地质、地貌地形条件、气候及生态条件、土地资源条件、水资源条件及相关条件的分析，针对临武县发展脐橙优势产业存在的一些问题，提出了相应的建设对策： 1 技术措施：严格苗木、果品质量管理；大力引进和培育脐橙新品种，推行标准化生产；严格建园标准；建立技术支撑体系。 2 组织措施：加强领导；强化管理：培植龙头；优化环境。 3 政策措施：土地流转政策；生态环境建设、退耕还林的优惠政策；苗木和果品质量政策；投资开发与财政、金融政策；税收减免与风险管理政策；推进产业化经营政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Linwu couty is one of the three future citrus product areas that includes the south of Gan, the south of Hunan and the north of Guangxi. Linwu couty is advantageous in clilmate condiction area position and transportation, meanwhile it has rich soil and water natural resources,has the fruit industry’s economic benefit, ecological benefit and social beneifit. The superior condition make Linwu couty to be suit measures to local conditions, specially the citrus sinensis(Navel oranye). Developing the planted of the citrus sinensis will play a important role in realizing increased agriculture benefit and increasing the income of farmer.To cooperate the construction of the nation’s citrus superiority industry area, from 2002, Linwu county stress developing the citrus sinensis, through operating industry, plan developing the citrus sinensis 6.67 kilohectare, one year later, the area of the citrus sinensis is to 333.3 hectare. According to the requirement of ecology and quality divide into districts, Linwu county selects the fittest area for fruit growing, fully uses the contrasting superiority of the ecology and natural resources, optimizes overall arragement of productive force, selects the citrus sinensis which has good markets, fixed position and prospects, also, for seizing the markets, Linwu county uses the industry operating thingking, the technology route of in advancing mature, the developing model of "pig-methane-fruit", the operating mechanism of the markets, scale superiority and characteristic.This article analyzes the domestic and overseas citrus industry and specific conditions of Linwu couty. Countering the problem of the citrus sinensis superiority industy development in Linwu couty, put forward some relevant stratagem and study.1.
