【摘要】 本项目以体重235.75—339.40g的成年笼养灰胸竹鸡为研究对象，对笼养灰胸竹鸡的生物学特性进行研究，观察竹鸡的外部形态，并对其体尺作了测量，计算出相应的体尺指数，采用目标取样法研究笼养条件下灰胸竹鸡的活动时间分配及其行为特点，并首次系统地对笼养灰胸竹鸡的血液生理生化指标进行了测定，研究结果表明： 1、雌雄竹鸡在外形上差异不大，其差异主要表现在距上，雄鸡距较长，而雌鸡的退化。体尺测量表明，雄鸡体重极显著地重于雌鸡((P＜0.01)，雄鸡的胫长显著高于雌鸡(P＜0.05)，其余指标差异不显著，对各体尺指数分析表明，雄鸡的强壮指数显著高于雌鸡(P＜0.05)，其余指数差异不显著(P＞0.05)。 2、笼养条件下灰胸竹鸡的主要行为有走动、站立、取食、静卧四种，灰胸竹鸡的活动一天中有两个高峰，雄鸡的活动强于雌鸡。灰胸竹鸡白天休息的时间占到40％以上，采食集中在上午和傍晚进行。统计分析表明：雌雄竹鸡之间静卧、采食、站立发生的频次无显著性差异(P＞0.05)，而走动发生的频次雄鸡高于雌鸡，差异极显著(P＜0.01)，各行为每频次在持续时间上差异不显著(P＞0.05)。 3、共测定了灰胸竹鸡26项血液生理生化指标，检测结果显示：笼养灰胸竹鸡血糖和血清无机磷在性别之间有显著性差异(P＜0.05)，雌鸡显著高于雄鸡，所测其它生理生化指标在性别之间均无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biology Characteristics studies were made at captive Bamboo Partridge (Bumbusicola thoracicd).The Bumbusicola thoracica weight is 235.75-339.40. Observing the configuration of Bumbusicola thoracica and measure the body reckoned correspond body index.Time budget and activity rhtym of Bumbusicola thoracica were studied by using of targeting methods. Twenty-six biochemical and physiological indices of captive Bumbusicola thoracica were determined. The results showed a follow:1.The difference of body in male and female Bumbusicola thoracica was not very salience. Its difference expresses primarily on the spur. The results of measuring body showed: The weight of male was notability overweight the female (p<0.01). The leg length of male was notability hyper the female(p<0.05). The others index was not salience between male and female .The analysis of body index showed : The tonicity index of male was notability the female(p<0.05). The others index was not salience between male and female. (p>0.05).2. There were four mostly behaviors of captive Bumbusicola thoracica including: moving, standing, eating, and resting. Two activity peaks were revealed in moving and eating in the daytime. As to the time budget, male individuals spent more time in moving than females.’The Bumbusicola thoracica rest occupy up 40% in the daytime. Eating mostly process in a.m. and dusk. Stat analysis indicate: Bisexual Bumbusicola thoracica resting, eating and standing the frequency of the occurrence have no to show the salience difference(p>0.05) . But walking the frequency male of the occurrence higher than the female, the difference shows the very salience (p<0.01). Each behavior every frequency the difference do not show the salience in keeping on time .3.The data of the blood physiology and biochemistry values of captive Bumbusicola thoracica were analysed satitically the light of the sexes. The results showed thatthe concentrations of phosphors and glucose in serum in the female were significantly different from those in the male(p<0.05).
