猪传染性萎缩性鼻炎综合防制的研究

【摘要】 猪传染性萎缩性鼻炎(AR,Atrophic Rhinitis)是猪的一种慢性传染病,以鼻甲骨萎缩、慢性鼻炎、泪斑为特征。主要是由支气管败血波氏杆菌(Bordetella bronchiseptica,Bb)Ⅰ相菌引起非进行性猪萎缩性鼻炎(NPAR);产毒素多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pasteurella Multocida,Pm)(主要是D型)混合支气管败血波氏杆菌感染后引起进行性猪萎缩性鼻炎(PAR)。对养猪业的危害主要是胴体等级降低或污染、生产速度下降、产生僵猪。本文通过临床诊断、X线诊断、病理学诊断和兽医微生物学诊断等,对猪传染性萎缩性鼻炎的确诊后,通过药敏试验、药物筛选试验和免疫学试验,设计了三种综合防制方案,并进行了动物试验,通过动物试验筛选出一种方案在一个规模化猪场具体实施,结果表明:该场的猪传染性萎缩性鼻炎得到了有效的控制。具体防制猪传染性萎缩性鼻炎的综合措施为:1.免疫:1)种猪,给予常规的进口类毒素疫苗免疫,2)仔猪,除了磺胺滴鼻免疫外,还应该加强金霉素等的药物预防;2.药物治疗:治疗采用内外兼治,用卡拉霉素注射并结合2%硼酸和高锰酸钾喷鼻;3.环境控制:良好的通风和适度的光照,保持栏舍清洁、干燥:4.加强饲养管理:注意营养(尤其是钙磷)的全面和平衡。

【Abstract】 Contagious Atrophic Rhinitis of pig is a chronic contagion, which character is nosepiece bone atrophy, chronic coryza, tear stains. NPAR is mainly aroused by Bordetella bronchiseptica(Bb) I ,but PAR by Pasteurella Multocida( type D ) and Bb. What does mainly harm to hoggery is the pollution or falling short of body grade, descend of growth speed and so on. By clinic diagnosis, X-rays diagnosis, pathology diagnosis, microbiology diagnosis, and some trials (including sensitiveness and filtration test of druggery, immunology test), we have designed three all-around schemes of prevention and cure, and tried some animals, then carried out one of them on a sweeping hogpen. The result shows that AR on this hogpen has been controlled effectively. The material and compositive schemes are that: 1. immunity: 1) boars , injected with routine import toxin bacterin. 2) young pigs, drop nose by SM2 and prevented by aureomycin; 2. crue by injection with kanamycin and insufflation of 2% boracic acid and potassium permanganate; 3. the control of condition: keep hogpen draughty, keep illumination moderate, and keep shed clean and dry; 4. strong breed administer: keep alimentation comprehensive and balanceable(especially Calcium and Phosphorus).
