现代农业示范园区网络管理信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】 现代农业示范园区是指在一定的地域范围内,以现代农业企业为依托,运用国内外的适用高新技术,开发利用自然资源和社会资源,有效配置各种生产要素,由地方政府及农业科研、推广部门牵头创办,以规范化管理为手段,进行研究、试验、示范、推广、引进、生产、经营等活动的现代化的农业园区。利用高科技改造农业,全面构建信息化农业、智能农业、精准农业是现代农业发展的趋势。随着现代农业示范园区的发展,人们对现代农业示范园区的规划、建设和管理的要求越来越高,充分利用计算机网络、GIS等技术对现代农业示范园区进行科学化管理与决策是十分必要的。 通过计算机及网络实现数据的自由传输和共享,特别是地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,简称GIS)的应用,推进了现代农业示范园区的建设管理,提高了园区的示范和决策功能,同时随着计算机网络技术的发展和数据库技术(特别是空间关系型地理数据库技术,Geodatabase)的不断发展,也推动了GIS技术的发展和更新,一种GIS与Internet/Intranet相融合的WebGIS技术也应运而生。Geodatabase支持各种不同的地理对象模型,这些对象模型包括简单对象,地理图形要素(有位置信息的对象),网络要素(与其他要素具有几何联接的对象),注记要素以及其他更多的特定要素类型。该模型允许用户定义对象间的关系和保持对象间整体性的规则。通过定义自己的对象类型,通过定义拓扑关系、空间关系和其他的一般关系,通过捕获对象之间是如何相互作用,Geodatabase可以让用户表现要素的特征更加方便、自然。通过WebGIS系统,结合系统后台强大的地理数据库,网络用户可以从Internet/Intranet上任意一个节点浏览WebGIS站点上的空间和属性信息,实现空间信息查询和空间分析计算。由于WebGIS具有的开放性、访问的广泛性、平台的独立性、操作简便性特点,目前在各行业已有广泛应用。本文运用新技术空间关系型地理数据库,研制和开发了基于WebGIS的现代农业示范园区管理信息系统(MADAMIS),以期为现代农业示范园区的管理、规划、决策和示范提供新的技术和服务平台。

【Abstract】 Modern agricultural demonstration areas originated by local government are special agricultural areas, based on modern agricultural corporations and new high-tech application. The natural and social resources were rational utilized, and new technologies were adopted and demonstrated in the areas. It is a direction of developing modern agriculture that using high-tech to establish Information Agriculture, Capacity Agriculture and Precision Agriculture entirely. With the development of modern agricultural demonstration areas, programming, construction and management are demanded more and more. It is necessary to manage modern agricultural demonstration areas using the network, GIS technology .Transmit and share of information through using the computer, network and especially the application of GIS is the way to pushing the construction, improving the management, demonstration and decision-making in modern agricultural demonstration areas, on the other hand, with the technology develop of network and database(especially the technology of spatial relation database , like Geodatabase), the technology of GIS is developed and updated, the WebGIS technology is emerge as the times require through amalgamation with GIS and network. The Geodatabase sustains all kinds of geography object model, which include Simple Object, Geography Graphics Feature (Object with position information), Network Feature (Object that geometry link with others Feature), Annotation Feature and other special Features, it permits the relationship among object defined by users and the rule keeping the integer among object. The Geodatabase can represent the character feature more facility and naturalness through define the user’s object style, space relationship and other common relationship, through capture how reciprocity between the object. With the WebGIS system and the powerful geographic database in sever platform, users can browse the spatial and attribute information of the WebGIS system from anywhere, carry out spatial information query and spatial information count. The characters of opening, widely visit, independence of platform and handy operation, make the WebGIS system applied widely. A modern demonstration areas manage information system based on WebGIS(MADAMIS) was established, with new spatial relation database technology, and expected to provides a new platform for network-based management, technique demonstration, consultation and decision-making in agriculture in the study.
