宁夏旅游产品的深度开发研究

【摘要】 随着旅游业的发展,旅游者日渐成熟,提高区域竞争力、争夺客源成为各省、市及旅游企业的主要目标,而两地旅游业之间的竞争实际上就是旅游产品之间的竞争。宁夏旅游业规模小、起步晚、目前不仅面临国内中东部业已确立的旅游业的竞争以及加入WTO后的更大的国际竞争,而且周边省区及国家发展旅游,开发同类产品,竞争更加激烈;加上出境旅游和现代消费对旅游的分流更加剧了旅游业的竞争。在如此强大态势下宁夏旅游业只有进行准确的市场定位和旅游形象定位,不断深度开发旅游产品,才能在竞争中取得一席之地。 本文共由四部分组成: 第一部分从理论角度说明选题的依据和意义,总结并探讨宁夏旅游产品深度开发的必要性和紧迫性。在分析了近年来国内外旅游产品研究现状、热点的基础上预测了今后旅游产品研究及发展趋势,尝试性地对现阶段旅游产品的定义予以重新界定。 第二部分分析影响宁夏旅游产品开发的主要因素以及目前宁夏旅游业和旅游产品开发现状、存在的问题。宁夏目前只处于旅游业发展的初级阶段,旅游产品的开发也处于初级开发阶段。旅游业总体规模有待扩张,经济效益亟待提高。宁夏目前旅游产品缺乏竞争力,处于西北游的低地。旅游产品结构不合理,缺乏竞争力,缺乏对细分市场的深入研究。分析影响宁夏旅游产品开发的因素,运用大量市场调查资料,包括宁夏回族自治区城市社会经济调查队所作的2001年、2003年的旅游市场抽样调查、2003年宁夏城乡居民出游行为调查以及本文作者在2002年暑假所作的旅游景点问卷调查。通过大量的市场调查深入地分析了宁夏旅游市场的具体特征。影响因素还包括旅游资源、旅游形象、区位条件及区域经济发展水平、政府及从业人员的观念和旅游人才等。 第三部分提出宁夏旅游产品深度开发的原则,建立模型运用专家征询法对旅游产品开发进行适宜性评价,确立宁夏今后重点开发的产品类型。在已有的旅游资源评价基础上尝试性的运用运筹学的决策树法分析宁夏六大旅游区今后旅游产品开发的方向,并重新定位宁夏旅游形象。从资源和市场角度出发定位宁夏主打产品和品牌产品,针对不同目标市场和细分市场的特点进行旅游产品设计,从功能和空间角度对旅游产品进行了优化。就目前及今后宁夏旅游业发展和旅游产品开发提出了一些对策和建议。 最后部分对全文进行了简单的总结。

【Abstract】 With the development of tourism, tourists are becoming mature. The main purpose of provinces and tourism enterprises are improving their local contention ability of tourism and acquiring more tourists .In fact, the contention between two areas also means the contention between tourism products .The scope of Ningxia ’s is very small and tourism started later than other areas. Now Ningxia is faced with not only the contention coming from the eastern and middle area of China who have already established tourism firmly, as well as those that coming from international after China had joined the World Trade Organization, but also from the periphery provinces and countries who develop the same kind tourism products, the contention is more serious; also from the modern consume of other areas, so all these increase the contention of tourism. Based on this powerful situation, the tourism of Ningxia only through further develop tourism product can be making accurate market orientation and image orientation, then she can gain tomorrow.This article is made of four sections:In the first part the author from the view of theory explains the selected topic and meaning, explores the necessity of tourism development of Ningxia .In the second part the author attach importance to analyses of the main factors that influence tourism and tourism products of Ningxia at present and the existing question of Ningxia ’s tourism product development.Based on the upper analyses, the author in the third part puts forward the principles of the further development of tourism product of Ningxia .After this study, the author attempt to orientate the further tourism product development of Ningxia. At last, the author ordinarily sums up the whole article.
