【摘要】 随着现代科学技术和社会文明的发展，城市不仅是历史文化积淀最丰富的地方，也是现代物质文明和精神文明最集中、最典型、最生动、最活泼的地方。旅游者对城市风光、风情、文化、购物、娱乐、生活等有强烈的旅游需求。由此可知，城市日益成为旅游的重要目的地。以城市的整体为旅游吸引力因素的城市旅游，作为一种新的社会综合现象，越来越受到广泛地关沣。 在本文中，对城市旅游的概念进行了理论界定，阐述了城市旅游研究进展，探讨了发展城市旅游的指导理论。并通过乌鲁木齐发展城市旅游的可行性分析和吸引力因素的确定，从城市旅游市场、城市旅游形象和城市景观等角度，着重论述了乌鲁木齐作为中国优秀旅游城市，应如何发展城市旅游的问题。 全文共分八大部分 第一部分较为系统的论述了城市旅游的基本理论，为乌鲁木齐开展城市旅游提供了理论依据。在以往专家、学者对城市旅游研究的基础上，总结了国内外有关城市旅游研究的现状及理论思想，经分析论证界定了城市旅游的概念。在此基础上，概括了发展城市旅游的指导理论，作为乌鲁木齐城市旅游发展研究的依据。 第二部分重点阐述了乌鲁木齐发展城市旅游的可行性，并分析了乌鲁木齐城市旅游发展存在的主要问题。通过城市旅游的吸引物分类系统，分析了乌鲁木齐发展城市旅游的吸引力因素，指明乌鲁木齐有发展城市旅游的优越条件与资源优势，应大力发展城市旅游。 第三部分主要分析了发展乌鲁木齐城市旅游的客源市场定位，应以国内市场为基础，同时兼顾国内和国际两大客源市场。 第四部分论述了乌鲁木齐在发展城市旅游时，关键要树立良好的城市 新疆师范大学硕士学位论文旅游整体形象。对于一鸟鲁木齐的城市旅游来讲，策划鲜明、独特且富有吸引力的城市旅游形象，成为发展城市旅游的关键。 第五部分详细阐述了一鸟鲁木齐城市景观的建设问题。城市景观是城市旅游形象的具体体现，而且城市景观也是城市旅游的主要对象物。因此，建设良好的城市景观，成为开展城市旅游活动的重要基础，对发展城市旅游具有十分重要的意义。 第六部分对乌鲁木齐特色旅游项目进行了组织，以强化乌鲁木齐城市旅游内容。 第七部分研究子鸟鲁木齐城市游憩商业区的设计问题，从鸟鲁木齐城市的实际出发，提出了乌鲁木齐建设城市游憩商业区的设想，保证了发展城市旅游的可行性。 最后为保证乌鲁木齐城市旅游发展战略的实施，本文还具体论述了发展一鸟鲁木齐城市旅游的对策与措施，从而为发展乌鲁木齐城市旅游提供了‘区实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with modern high-tech and modern civilization development, city not only is a place of having the most of history culture, but also is a place of modern material and spirit civilization being the most concentrative, representative, vivid, lively. Tourist has strong tourism demand about city scene, city custom, city culture, city shopping, city entertainment and city living etc. Therefore, city is becoming the most important tourism destination. As a kind of society phenomenon, city tourism is widely paid attention to gradually.In this thesis, the writer elaborates concept of city tourism, its research and its development theory. Through the analysis of feasibility of Urumqi city tourism and the definition of attraction factor, from the view of travel market, travel image and city scene, the thesis discuss Urumqi city how to develop its city tourism.Eight parts are included in this thesisPart one: systematically discuss the fundamental theory of city tourism, provide basis theory for development of Urumqi city tourism. On the base of studying formerly city tourism, summarize a large amount of theory and discuss about city tourism, in this part, writer elaborates concept of city tourism, epitomize its research and its development theory.Part two: stressly analyze the feasibility of Urumqi city tourism. Through analyzing, mostly enumerate attraction factors of Urumqi city tourism, and point out there are ample advantages for developing city tourism in Urumqi.Part three: mostly analyze market of tourist source.Part four: expound it is very important to establish nice tourist destination image.Part five: detail Urumqi city scene constructing, because it is full important significance for developing city tourism.Part six: organize the characteristical projects of Urumqi city tourism.Part seven: discuss designing about recreational business district in Urumqi city, to ensure feasibility of Urumqi city tourism development.Finally, to ensure city tourism planning carry out, the thesis elaborates the countermeasures and measures about how to develop Urumqi city tourism.更多还原
