利用QuickBird高分辨率遥感影像更新城市大比例尺地形图的研究

【摘要】 QuickBird影像是目前世界上分辨率最高的商业卫星遥感影像(分辨率高达0.61米)。QuickBird影像的应用范围很广,作为城市基础空间信息的主要组成部分,本文就从QuickBird影像的处理、多尺度影像数据库的建立到城市大比例尺地形图的更新进行了如下几方面的研究: 1、研究了QuickBird遥感影像几何纠正原理与方法,为了进一步提高影像纠正的精度,研究了在DEM支持下QuickBird影像正射纠正的技术流程和方法,并结合实验对两种模式下QuickBird影像纠正精度进行了比较和分析。 2、利用正射影像,建立了QuickBird高分辨率多尺度影像数据库,基于Mapobiets(简称MO)开发了阜新市遥感影像浏览系统。该系统具有浏览速度快(可实现整个阜新市区的快速浏览)、集成性(将矢量数据、影像数据和地名等属性数据集成为一体)等特点,从而在城市规划、交通规划、土地利用管理和监测、城市绿地覆盖调查和城市环境评估等中得到广泛的应用。 3、提出了一整套基于QuickBird正射影像更新城市大比例尺地形图的技术流程和方法,并给出了相应的试验,获得了可靠的精度。 总之,利用QuickBird正射影像建立的影像数据库,可作为城市基础空间信息数据的主要组成部分,利用正射影像更新大比例尺地形图,具有作业速度快、生产周期短、现势性强、精度高等优点,是目前更新城市大比例尺地形图的有效途径。

【Abstract】 The QuickBird images is the highest resolution images in commercial circle in the world ( the resolution of QuickBird reached to 0.61 m ) at present .The application of QuickBird is very wide ,as the main section of city basic spatial information , this paper carried out several studies from QuickBird images processing , the building of multi-scale images database to urban large-scale topographical maps updating as follows:1 The research focus on the theory and method of QuickBird remote sensing images geo-correction ,on the technical procedure and method of QuickBird images ortho-correction based on DEM data so as to improve images correction precision , image correction precisions of QuickBird under two model combined with corresponding tests are compared and analyzed .2 The multi-scale images database of high resolution QuickBird images is builded by using of ortho-images ,and the remote sensing images browsed system of Fu Xin city based on Mapobjets (Its’ abbreviation is MO) is setted up . The system has the characteristics of fast browsed ( can browse quickly total Fu Xin city ) and integrated ( the vector data images data and toponym etc. attribution data are integrated ) ect. So the system is widely applied in city planning communication planning the management and monitor of land using the investigation of city afforest coverage and the evaluation of city environment areas etc.3 The paper give out a complete technical procedure and method of urban large-scale topographical maps updating based on QuickBird ortho-images , and the corresponding tests are given too , and obtained credible precision .All in all , build up images database which is the main part of city basic spatial information data utilizing QuickBird ortho-images , people canachieve high work efficiency, save work time, get more veritable products, and obtain high precision etc. while using QuickBird high-resolution remote sensing images which Ortho-rectified to renew urban large-scale topographical maps , It is an effective method to update large-scale topographical maps by using of QuickBird high-resolution remote sensing images at present.
