基于受阻理论的选矿工艺改造研究

【摘要】 向东矿山为了提高产品质量、产量,降低生产成本,减小生产过程中给环境带来的污染,对原冲击破加湿选矿工艺进行改造。 本文改造方案的提出围绕着破碎、筛分、渣浆输送及尾矿处理四个方面,重点研究选矿工艺的新理论一无网筛分理论,即受阻理论,阐述了介质在液体中的运动规律,包括自由沉降、干涉沉降和分层,介绍了受阻沉降器工作原理及在实际中生产应用的效果。 确定改造方案之前,仔细查找了原生产系统存在的问题,认真分析了形成现状的主要原因。在此基础上,提出了两个方案,并从经济学理论及生产实际方面多角度对改造后的经济效益进行了比较,最后确定了具体改造实施方案。方案中关键是直线振筛改造为受阻沉降器和渣浆泵的换型。

【Abstract】 Xiangdong mine reduces the environmental pollution of product process, and rebuilds the primary impacting and moistening and selecting techniques in order to improve productive qualities and quantities, and reduce productive cost.This paper mostly study the new theory - a cull theory that hasn’t cull and it can be named as the detained theory when it solves crash and differentiate and sediment and slurry transportation aspects, and it expounds the movement rule of medium in liquid that includes subside freely and subside of impacting and bedding, and introduces work principle of detained subside machine and the effect of application of practical production.Before rebuilding it researches carefully the problem of primary product system , and analyzes earnestly the primary reason of produce reality. This paper introduces two projects, analyzes economical effect from economics to produce fact. At last it comes up with a material reform project. The key of project is it turns linear shaking sifter into combination of detained subside machine and pump.
