【摘要】 本项目针对锦州师专热力管网地理信息系统的现有特点，充分了解其工作性质及流程需求，分析其功能和组织结构，开发出热力管网地理信息系统。本系统是融合计算机图形和数据库于一体，用来存储和处理管线空间信息的高新技术，它把地理位置和相关属性有机地结合起来，根据用户的需要将空间信息及其属性信息准确真实、图文并茂地输出给用户，借助其独有的空间分析功能和可视化表达功能，进行各种辅助决策。 本次研究的目的就是针对锦州师专地下热力管线的特定对象，开发一套具有推广价值的通用图形与数据相结合的热力管线管理信息系统。 本文对项目的需求分析、总体方案、系统功能、详细技术方案设计和实现方法等作出了详细的介绍。该系统采用的核心技术归纳为地图分层、矢量抽象、空间数据与属性数据四个方面，以此为基础，探讨基于ActiveX技术的GIS平台，进而开发出具体的管线管理信息系统软件。应用程序采用WindowsServer2000系统为开发环境，应用程序采用了面向对象的开发可视化编程语言Visual Basic、SQL Server2000、空间数据库和MapX控件作为开发平台，该组合具有开发速度快，运行可靠等特点。这种开发技术，可有效达到系统的安全性，易维护性，简捷性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Directed at the present characteristics of the thermal line geography information system, and based on full understanding of its service nature and procedure demands, Geography Information System is a new technology which combines computer graphics with database, and stores up deals with space information. GIS can unite geography location and relate attribute with some methods. According to demand of customers, the system will export space and attribute information to customers lively., and with the help of unique space and visual express function, GIS can do all kinds of assistant decision-making.According to the requirement of Trade and Economic departmentJ in Zhou Teacher’s school, the researchful purpose of the thermal line geography information system is focus on the meaning of the system extent,This article gives detailed introduction of the needs of the project overall plan the function of the system and the design of the technology, tells about the techniques and ways to use the system.The system adopts a lot of important techniques, such as map delamination vector abstract space data attribute data and so on. Based on these techniques and ActiveX technique, we research on GIS and develop concrete line manage information system sortware. The applying program adopts win2000, developed by Visual Basic, an object-oriented visual programming language and SQL Server2000 SpaceDataBase MapX and so on.
