快速反求图像处理及三维重构的研究

【摘要】 为了适应快速反求工程的需要,本文综合利用机器视觉技术、数字图像处理技术、三维表面重构技术、计算机软件技术、快速成型制造技术,提出了一种实现快速反求的新方案。主要研究内容包括:数据采集系统设计、图像预处理、滤波方法的选择及其算法、点云生成、三维CAD模型重构。在此基础上,运用软件工程学原理和面向对象技术,以C++ Builder 6.0、OpenGL为基本工具,开发了基于SFS技术的快速反求系统软件,并通过实践对软件系统进行了评价。本论文的研究对于三维测量、RE/RP一体化等具有重要意义,同时也为快速反求工程的进一步研究和实用化奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Adapting to the requirement of Rapid Reverse Engineering (RRE), the dissertation puts forward a new scheme to realize RRE by using synthetically Mechanical Vision Technology, Digital Image Processing, 3D Surface Reconstruction, Computer Software Engineering and Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing technology. The main content includes the design of original data collecting system, Image preprocessing, selection and algorithm of filtering method, points cloud creating, reconstruction of 3D CAD model. On this basis, combining with the theory of Computer Software Engineering and technology of Object Oriented Programming, the author has developed independently RRE software system based on SFS technology with C++ Builder 6.0 and OpenGL. Moreover, the software has been evaluated through practices. The research has great significance on 3D measurement, RE/RP integration, etc and establishes the foundation for further study and application.
