平安保险公司车险市场竞争战略研究

【摘要】 随着修改后的《保险法》对保险产品和费率市场化的确认,保险监管部门于2002年推出了车险市场化改革举措,2003年起各家公司开始执行各自的车险条款及费率,整个国内车险市场独家垄断的市场态势不复存在。2005年,外资保险公司将进入中国市场,国内保险市场也将由过去完全封闭型市场向开放型市场转变,各个竞争主体之间的竞争日趋激烈。在上述的背景下,本文研究了平安公司如何利用现有资源,抓住机遇,开拓市场,选择适合本公司发展的车险市场竞争战略。

【Abstract】 With the revision of Insurance Law, marketization of insurance products and insurance rates affirmed by the amended Insurance Law, China Insurance Supervision Commission introduced the auto insurance marketizational reform strategy in 2002, and insurance companies began to adopt the individual auto insurance terms and insurance rate form 2003. The monopolization in the domestic auto insurance market had been broken from then. By 2005, the foreign insurance companies will enter the domestic market, therefore the domestic auto insurance market will transform from closed market to open market, and the competition among insurance companies will increase. In this circumstance, this paper studied the Ping An Insurance Company how to use the available resources, seize the opportunities, exploit the market, and select the stratagem suitable for its development of auto insurance.
