信息社会中国电子地图网站介绍与评测

【摘要】 近年来，电子地图在世界信息社会浪潮中处于排头兵的位置，在中国信息化发展中同样占有不可取代的重要地位。论文鉴于电子地图在中国信息社会所占地位、所起作用和发展现状等方面，对电子地图及电子地图网站进行深入调查和分析，期间还结合大量研究和实践。 文章第一部分通过分析电子地图(集)和网络电子地图的产生、发展和作用，了解到电子地图以网络为载体形成电子地图网站是社会、科学发展的必然，通过对国外著名电子地图(集)及网站的访问，了解到国外电子地图信息化的现状；第二部分阐明了电子地图对中国信息化的影响和作用，电子地图的产生加速了中国信息结构向网络化发展，促进了信息进一步开放的力度；第三部分以国外电子地图及电子地图网站的应用情况为对比，分析评测电子地图在中国的应用情况。 文章的四、五、六部分是主体部分。通过了解电子地图网站的分类和主要功能，分析我国电子地图网站的发展现状，并对国内几家著名电子地图网站进行访问、咨询、分析、研究；最后结合时效性、深度、准确性、客观性、权威性等评价指标，尝试制定了电子地图网站综合评测指标体系，并应用模糊数学综合评判法对所选电子地图网站进行综合评测，通过评测结果分析我国电子地图网站存在的问题。 文章的第七部分通过分析电子地图网站载体以及用户市场的发展扩张，指出我国电子地图网站发展的广阔前景。 文章的第八部分是本文的结语，作为全文的总结。强调了综合评测电子地图网站的重要性，以及评测的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the electronic map is in the leading position in the world information-intensive social tide, and is also important and can’t be replaced in the development of China informationization development. Whereas electronic map’s status , function and current situation of the development that the information-intensive society accounts for in China ,etc, the thesis further investigates and analyzes the electronic map and the electronic map website , still combining a large amount of research and practice during this course.The first part of this article, through analysing the production , development and function of the electronic map (atlas ) and electronic map website, presents us that it is the necessity of the society and the scientific development that the electronic map regarding network as the shape of carriers and forms electronic map websites; and through visit to famous electronic map(atlas ) and website of foreign countries ,it also presents us the current situation of the electronic map informationization of foreign countries; The second part illustrates that the electronic map have an impact and function on Chinese informationization. The production of the electronic map accelerates China information structure to develop to networked, promoting information greatly to open further; The third part, in contrast to the application situation of electronic map and electronic map website of foreign countries, analyses and assesses the electronic map application situation in China.The No.4,5,6 parts of the article are the main parts. Through learning the classification of electronic map websites and the main function , the current situations of the development of electronic map websites in our country have been analyzed including visit, consult , analyse and study to several domestic famous electronic map websites; Finally, combining evaluation indexes, such as prescription, depth, accuracy, objectivity and authoritativeness ,etc. This article tries to establish an assess synthetically index system of electronic map websites , and use fuzzy mathematics synthetic evaluation to assess and test the electronic map websites and analyse the electronic map website’s existing problem in our country through assessing and testing the result.The seventh part of the article, through analysing the electronic map website carrier and the development as well as the expansion of user’s market, points out the wide prospect of electronic map website’s development in our country.The eighth part of the article is the conclusion. As the summary of the full text, it putsemphasis on the importance of assessing and testing electronic map websites synthetically, and the function assessed and tested.更多还原
