基于GIS的“数字南水北调”基础数据库设计与应用研究

【副题名】以南水北调中线河北省段为例

【摘要】 南水北调工程是我国优化配置水资源的重大举措,是解决华北、西北地区城乡居民生活用水、工农业用水、生态环境改善用水的一项战略性基础设施工程。 本文以南水北调中线河北省段为例,在“数字南水北调”的理念下组织全篇论文,理清河北省“数字南水北调”涉及到的数据内容特点,初步设计基础库的目标、标准化、原则、数据模型、元数据等。在此基础上从现实世界、概念世界、计算机世界三个层面对基础库进行详细设计。基础空间数据库以“4D”产品的形式建立,属性数据库则用Microsoft Access商业数据库软件完成。另外,文中深入探讨了空间数据通过ArcSDE数据引擎进入Oracle Spatial空间数据库的拓扑规则;以及通过主关键字实现空间与属性数据间无缝联接。 河北省“数字南水北调”基础数据库建设是现代数据库管理技术应用于大型人工水利工程的全新尝试,良好的数据库设计与建立是河北省“数字南水北调”地理信息系统系统建设的基础工作,基础数据库建设的好坏将直接影响系统的的整体性能。本文探讨了系统如何建设,以及整个系统在工程施工和管理等不同阶段的应用,如工程占地统计、最佳路线分析、防汛减灾、水量实时调度等,系统最终为南水北调工程决策支持服务。

【Abstract】 In the country south to north water transfer project is a great meaure to optimizely configurate water resource,and a strategically fundamental installation project to solve the using water problem of city and countryside life,industry and agriculture,irnproving ecological environment in the north of China and northwest region.The thesis takes the middle line of water transfer in Hebei province as an example,under the principle of digital water transfer I structure the whole thesis ,make clear Hebei digital water transfer relating to the specialty of data,primarily design the basic database’starget,criteria,principle,data model and metadata,etc.Based on that ,it is detailedly designed from three layer including reality world.concept world and computer world.The basic spatial database has been established by the "4D" product;and attribute database has been finished by Microsoft Access,etc.Besides,the thesis discussed further the topology rules which spatial data enter Oracle spatial by ArcSDE,and that the conjunction of spatial attribute data is realized seamlessly by setting a main-keyqord in the database.Heibei digital water transfer the basic database construction is a bran-new attempt that modern database manage technology apply for large manual irrigation project,a successful design and establishment of database is the basic work of Heibei digital water transfer GIS construction,and the quality of the basic database construction will directly affect the whole capability of system.The thesis describes how to construct system and the application in construction and manage phase,for example,land occupation statistics,optimal path analysis,control flood and reducing damage,water dispatch timely.etc.The system service for supporting decision of south to north water transfer project.
