【摘要】 运动寿命是一个系统的、复杂的、动态的过程，CBA运动员运动寿命的长短反映了我国篮球运动水平的高低。而在我国篮球后备力量紧缺的时期，尽可能的延长运动员的运动寿命已成为提高我国篮球运动水平最有效的手段。本文从理论上探讨分析了CBA运动员运动寿命的概念并对CBA与NBA运动员的年龄做了比较研究，分析结果表明：运动寿命特指运动员竞技能力达到高水平以后，正常情况下持续到不能再适应其原来参加的高水平重大比赛而退役的一段时间。在与NBA运动员运动寿命的对比研究中得出：CBA球员平均年龄为25.00±3.79岁，而NBA球员平均年龄为29.16±4.01岁，两者之间差值为4.16岁，存在显著性差异(P＜0.01)。 本研究在借鉴前人关于对运动寿命理论的基础上，参阅大量运动训练学、运动心理学、运动生理学、运动营养学、运动遗传学、运动医学等中外专家的研究成果，初选了训练学因素、遗传学因素、心理学因素、社会学因素、医学因素、营养学因素、意外事件因素7项指标作为影响CBA运动员运动寿命的主因素，在此结构下设的二级指标内容，均得到了专家的认定，具有可行性。本文研究的目的旨在得出影响CBA运动员运动寿命的主要因素，为延长我国篮球运动员的运动寿命提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The span of sport life is a complicate, developing and systematic process, and the length of CBA athlete’s sport span reflects our country’s basketball level. It is the most valid means of promoting our basketball level to prolong current players’ sport span because the lack of reserve. This thesis theoretically analyzed the concept of sport span and did a comparison research on the age of both CBA and NBA athletes. The result shows: sport span means the period from accepting the professional sport training to terminating the career, the result of this research points out: the average age of CBA player is 25.0±3.79 years old, but average age of NBA player is 29.16 ± 4.01 years old, and there is a 4.16 years difference.( P<0.01)This research, based on previous theories of sport-life span, sport training, sport psychology, sport physiology, sport dietetics, sport genetics, sport medicine etc., selects 7 primary indexes, which include training factor, accident factor, dietetic factor, medical factor, social factor, psychological factor and genetic factor to be the main causes affecting CBA players’ sport span.
